I think spotify is brilliant! i have premium and there hasn't been anything to do with them charging me, or anything like that. Premium is much better than not having it because there isn't any ads and you can skip the songs you don't want to hear there's no problems at all. The reason why you should by premium student is because it has the same stuff as premium Duo and student costs a bit less.

My Daughter wanted to try premium so I signed her up on her account using my paypal as she is a child. It clearly states 1 month free but I have been charged £9.99. Bunch of scammers. 1 hour on texting and Poorvika is getting nowhere very slowly. P1E5EBCB94

Spotify has been really useful over my time of using it. It's been a great way to pass the time with some background noise as i'm doing tasks. The reason i've given it 3 stars is because i've had premium ever since i can remember so i have personally never had any ads. but i can tell that getting ads in middle of listening to music could be annoying. overall no problems on my end but different for others.

It’s good when you do not need to pay. If you pay £9.99 a month for premium and all your downloads are gone everyday, then it’s no good.

Spotify won't honour there 1 months free trial they offered me. advisor's online keep you waiting for ages just to accomplish absolutely nothing except wasting your time. The free version of Spotify is flooded with adverts even though listening to music that's is free everywhere else not new tracks etc.

Been using Spotify premium for about 2 years now. I use to have a Spotify free account but I updated to premium now. I use it everyday. In the past I would buy CDs and rip them to a micro SD card then put it back in my phone. Not any more I can not be bothered to spend hours ripping CDs anymore. At first I was worried about using all my mobile data up streaming I would set the settings to the lowest quality so I would not use all my data up. But thankfully because I got Spotify premium I can download all my playlists to a 128GB SD card and play them offline. This is the best feature of Spotify being able to download your playlists and get rid of those bloody adds as well. Since I subscribe to Spotify premium I have discovered so many new bands it's unbelievable. I am really big into heavy metal. This is a metalheads dream come true having this service. On your phone or computer. I can listen to music absolutely anywhere online or offline. All I have to do is get my Bluetooth headphones and put on some Metallica and it is great. Having thousands of songs at your fingertips on your phone or computer is absolutely amazing you can't go wrong for a £10 a month. I absolutely love this service.

Spotify have just taken another £9.99 out of my account in spite of the account being cancelled and not used for 6 months. They changed the collection date and told my bank I had agreed to the payment. Anyone out there got some advice as Spotify not repling to me. Good job it's not cold or I would not have been warm as I am in an eat or heat position as an OAP.

We change our account to a duo one. Then from that we get hacked and some low life scum bumps up to the family pack and removes us. What security service do you use? As it’s clearly awful.

They offer you a free trial then say you can't have it after you have put your card details in.
Hence deleted app & staying with Amazon music much better & cheaper, plus when they offer you a free trial you actually get them no matter how many you've had

There is no better service for artists than Spotify. Apple does nothing for artists. Spotify is really a great platform.

I have completed a form to unsubscribe from an account. Got so far then nothing. I have photo shot all the conversation.
I must stop paying this premium.

Disgusting, rude, uninterested customer support , we're both at university doing our paramedic science degree,work for the ambulance service,haven't stoped throughout the pandemic, needless to say we feel let down I'd like to think you'd have our backs but this is not the case you've made my other half's application for student premium so difficult she's cancelled her account and subscription as you seem incapable of reducing the regular account irrespective of how much proof she sends you of a three year stretch at uni ,your less than competent customer support have ignored tweets... sort yourselves out !

You would think that an app that seems to be entirely dedicated to music would allow you to pick what song you'd like to listen to, if you'd like to listen to a specific song on spotify without paying for a premium membership you'd have to go to the artist's playlist and hope to find it when it randomly shuffles to that song.

It confuses me because you would think that the main audience on Spotify listens through a smartphone, but the best experience is listening through the Web Player or Consoles but you will hear two ads after listening to a few songs, personally I think this is a good trade-off to keep the app free; so why can't they do this with the Mobile version instead of using so many limitations?

Been a customer using a family plan for over 3 years, I’ve enjoyed it but now they are being governed by Censorship…won’t be using the platform again. Unless they lift this ridiculous rule!
