Bad points, you used Evri for delivery. This is a crap company. Tracking info 7.30pm 30th June. Arrived the following day at noon 🤬
Undecided points, sadly, through no fault of yours the shoes are too small so I need to return them and have them exchanged for the next size up. Wish me luck 🤣

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I normally wear a UK size 2–2.5, but to be safe I ordered a size 3. I couldn't even get half of my foot into the shoe. The sizing is completely inaccurate and nowhere near true to size.

To make matters worse, I now have to pay £4.50 to return an item that is clearly mis-sized. Customers shouldn't be charged to return products when the sizing is so misleading. Extremely disappointing.

This approach allows us to keep our prices competitive, as we do not inflate them to cover return costs. We believe in transparency, and all this information, including the customer's responsibility for return costs, is clearly stated on our website before placing an order. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause; however, if you compare with some of our competitors, you'll find that many do not provide free returns either.

Excellent service when the shoes I…

Excellent service when the shoes I ordered did not fit. Having arranged a replacement 0.5 sizes bigger these came extremely quickly. I have purchased shoes from SportsShoes for 5 years and delivery is better now than ever.

There was a quick response in…

There was a quick response in despatching my order. I was informed when it had been despatched for delivery. In theory my order should have arrived the next day after despatch. Delivery by Evri took two days which I suppose wasn’t bad if I had not been informed that it would arrive a day earlier. I’d started to fret about how to report a lost item.

Ordering confirmation page showed Me had received redress a size 11 US when I had ordered size 11 UK size. Got a notification from Evri that delivery would be 30th July f June, then tracking app said ‘there was a problem, still no other update and no attempt to deliver? So still no shoes and no expectation as per 02/07.

Great selection and competitive…

Great selection and competitive pricing. I had made the order with a small discount code and for some reason on checkout it didn’t get applied. I emailed customer service and they got it sorted within 24 hours. Trainers arrived very quickly - happy with overall experience.

Check return costs

Great product delivery ok .Despite checking the size guide ordered M only To find to small tried to return only to find out I have to pay£4.95 even though I was exchanging for next size up. Will check in future for return costs. My mistake i won't make again. BYE 👋 BYE.

We do offer free exchanges, which means that when an exchange is requested, the replacement item is sent out with free postage. However, as stated on our website, the cost of returning the original item is chargeable unless the product is found to be faulty. This return charge covers the carrier fee for sending the item back to us as well as insurance so that we are able to assist in case of any issues.

We genuinely aim to be transparent about these costs while keeping our overall pricing as competitive as possible. That said, we’re sorry that the policy wasn’t what you were hoping for and that it affected your experience with us.

Hi,

My parcel was lost by the courier. I tried various things to resolve with the courier before reaching out to customer service where Abi was immediately able to solve my problem.
