Had an issue with my previous scope as the illumination didn’t work so I called them as it was under warranty.. it was collected the next day which was arrange by the team and I soon had my replacement delivered.
Brilliant customer service and would highly recommend sportsman gun centre. I will definitely be using them again for future purchases.

After checking on line that SGC had some bullet heads on line I decided to pop in and pick some up I was told there are only 10 boxes in stock at the Dorchester branch, so I decided to buy all 10 and they were going to deliver them to me directly from Dorchester. So I paid for them and was told they should be with me on Wednesday so Wednesday came and went No delivery so I contacted Dorchester branch who told me these have been sent to Exeter, So I phoned and yes these have gone to SGC Exeter. Wednesday afternoon the person I spoke to said we will send them out later today. As we needed these I went over to collect them. On arrival my package was still on a tray not even packed so really was my package going out for delivery that night ? Probably not ! To top it all only 9 boxes where sent to Exeter as Dorchester has not sent the correct number of boxes !!
Guys this isn’t rocket science, we pay for a service and delivery which lately doesn’t seem to be any service at all at SGC I left with 9 boxes not 10 and I got the impression these guys didn’t give a Dam In the current times I would of thought customer service would be at the higher end of your business I think it’s time to find a gun supplier who cares about customers and not just all about the bottom line
So goodbye SGC don’t forget you still owe me 1 box of 6.5 creedmoor 😜

Parts were in stock, with some extra discount which is not always the case. I became a loyal customer to SGC in the last 3 years due to their frienfliness and promptness to always help when you give them a call. Recently got an FX bottle 580 cc for an Impact M3, order #1000204181, received quick and product was as advertised, no wrong valve no wrong volume, no defect, all as it should be...highly recommend dealing with SGC.

Competitive prices, knowledgeable staff, and very fast despatch. This company is a pleasure to deal with, be it online or in store. So much so that I have twice done a 300 mile round trip to buy from them.

Placed my order for a HSF shooting mat on the 30th November goods arrived 1st December at 08.13am less than 24 hours! This was for standard delivery!
The mat was exactly what I wanted, this was first order with the Sportsman Gun Centre can’t recommend enough.

Been having trouble with my FX Maverick and no RFD or gunsmith in the Midlands seemed willing to help. As we were visiting family near to Exeter I spoke to Sportsman support and they said to call in and they would take a look. Clearly a problem with gun so they booked it in for repair. I thought it would take several days or even weeks to fix so was thinking I would not get it back until after Xmas when we next came down this way. I was very pleasantly surprised to get a call 2 hours later to say it had been fixed. This is great service. Far beyond what I expected.

I also purchased another scope whilst in the store. Great advice and with black Friday offer, a good price too.

All in all....excellent service.

I will be using them for future purchases.

I searched the Web for offers for a FX 4 stage pump. They were the best price by far. I ordered first thing in the morning and paid for 2 day delivery. In minutes I got order confirmation. By 2:15 I got a dispatch confirmation. Immediately a tracking number from parcel force. It was delivered lunchtime the next day. Professionally wrapped and even return paperwork in case it was not correct. Seriously great Professional service. Thank you guys.

Ordered a Beretta 686 for my sons birthday. Gun arrived boxed, the box was undamaged. The box was opened, I put the gun together in front of my local RFD who had kindly agreed to accept the delivery on my behalf. As I put the foregrip on, the foregrip splintered and broke. It was also split in a second location. Sportsman Gun were quick to refute the gun had been sent in this condition and even suggested it may have been down to the courier (box was totally undamaged) or my local RFD had damaged the gun, which is both a dangerous and erroneous accusation.
They agreed to take the gun back and send images of guns they had in stock, this didn't happen. they also offered to mix and match a foregrip from some they had "lying around" which would have meant me having a mix matched gun. I ended up asking for a refund.
My son didn't have the gun for his birthday to use on the shoot we'd set up for him and the customer care of the business leaves me cold.
Quick to blame others. poor customer service. they may be one of the bigger shops in the UK but they've lost a customer. Very poor experience.

Needed a couple of replacement parts quickly to repair a damaged gun. Spoke to Harry he found the parts and I received them the next day. Gun is fixed and back working again within 24 hours. What more can you expect excellent service from start to finish. My order number 00146640. Thanks all.

I ordered a game carrier from them and it turned up on the day it supposed to. It is exactly what expected and was shown in the pictures and reasonably priced too, very good first purchase thankyou sportsman gun centre!
