Oh where to start…
1st - we were supposed to get our tickets delivered to our hotel, although we didn’t like that, so we called customer service 10 days before the event and asked if we can get e-tickets for convenience, they promised to check with supplier and callback, but we never got a callback. Eventually at the last day before the event they sent us an email saying they’ll not send the ticket, but will deliver an e-ticket which we had to print out…
2nd - the price on the the ticket was 1500rsd which is around 12EUR, but we paid 105EUR including a delivery fee of the supposed physical tickets which were never delivered to us…
3rd - we sent an email for explanation on the price difference and requested a refund of the so called delivery fee, but never got an answer.
Overall experience with the tickets seller was awful, at least the game itself was a great experience.

I'm sorry your experience was negative. At the same time, I would like to address all the points you raised in your feedback as detailed below:
Regarding the delivery method, we state on the website that the delivery method can change, but of course that the preferred method is electronic tickets by email.
Regarding the price - we state clearly and explicitly on the website in several prominent places that we are a secondary market website, and therefore the prices of the tickets can be above or below the stated value on the tickets.
I refer you to the terms of service on the site which state this in the clearest way.
3.2. Price Policy
The price you will be charged with is that indicated on the Site at the time of the purchase. Without derogating from the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to alter prices of items and/or services as displayed on the Site at any time without prior notice.
The Company operates within the secondary market in which the availability of the tickets and their pricing are determined and differs by the market's supply and demand. Therefore, in some events (mostly in high profile or sold-out events) it is expected that the selling price of the tickets will be higher than their face value (the value printed on the tickets).

Got my tickets bang on 48 hours before the game tickets had different names on them which worried me but they assured me all would be fine and it was. You pay alot for the tickets you get but at the same time you get to see a huge game that is sold out. Will use again

Nervous for no reason!

Everything perfect
Everything perfect! I asked for 8 tickets for a PSG game at Parc Des Princes. We were a family with kids and we needed all places together, what is very dificult, by the way. Events 375 found all places together, they sent the the tickets in time and and we had a very nice time!
