Widerruf fristgerecht erklärt

Widerruf fristgerecht erklärt, jedoch auf mehrere E-Mails keinerlei Reaktion erhalten. Die Ware wurde trotzdem geliefert. Auch nach erneutem Kontaktversuch reagiert der Kundenservice nicht. So stelle ich mir eine seriöse Abwicklung eines Widerrufs nicht vor. Leider sehr enttäuschend.

Lieferzeit katastrophal

Lieferzeit katastrophal, auf nachfragen keine auskunft bekommen. Jetzt ist es viel zu spät gekommen und auch noch der falsche inhalt. Auf emails und anrufe wird auch nicht geantwortet. Leider schon öfters hier gekauft ohne probleme aber das jetzt ist wirklich richtig schwach
