I ordered a large trampoline and considering it was ordered around the easter weekend it arrived quite promptly. The only negative thing I will say is that the instructions weren't very clear, but never the less we managed to build it and it looks very solid and ok. Over all I'm quite happy. Thanks.

Completely agree with other reviews about how shocking this company is
We bought a BBQ where the screws didnt line up with the holes, it had to be built from scratch and the instructions were absolutely useless so we decided to return it
We have sent a message through Contact Us on their website, we have sent three emails and to date still no reply, we have returned the item via DHL but they were unable to get a response and were unable to deliver the item back to them
We are expecting a refund but I expect a lot more aggravation before we get it based on the level of "customer service" so far and other reviews
Absolute farce of a company!

Shoes arrived in perfect condition and very promptly. The shoes fit my narrow feet very well and have excellent cushioning.

So we ordered our trampoline and only 2 of the 4 boxes were delivered. So i emailed sport and leisure uk and they did take about 4 days to reply but they rectified the issue and sent the rest out with no problem. When i got round to putting the trampoline up i realised 3 of the hooks to hook the safety net on were broken. So i emailed again and george sent out some replacement parts (more than 3), i then realised the next day that one of the springs were faulty and became really loose so i had to email again to get a replacement spring and george sent the spring out to me. Although we had a lot of issues they were happy to rectify the issue and resolved all my problems which you expect from customer service. So i can't fault the customer service however looking at the reviews it seems like these issues happen far to often to their products so they should maybe look at the quality of their products, manufacturer or even courier (however the couriers were so lovely!) to find out why products are damaged so often.

Ordered a trampoline for my autistic son, arrived next day in badly damaged boxes (photos taken by courier) unpacked to find various parts missing. Have been emailing daily for the past week with not one reply, have used the online contact form on numerous occasions and had no response. Phone number is not taking calls as staff are working from home. Emailed a official complaint over 24 hours ago and had no response despite their website claiming they will answer in that time frame. Interesting enough I completed the online contact form with a bogus enquiry and got a response within 10 minutes ! I have logged a dispute with my bank as I am now £200 out of pocket and have a part trampoline and a very upset and distressed young boy. Makes sense as to why they don't have any social media because they would be shown for being the crap un-professional scammers they actually are! Avoid Avoid Avoid

Ordered over a week ago and still haven't received my item and was next day delivery

Had to wait for response of services
Wouldn’t use again
I did get a upgrade as good will but not the point

Bought a 7.5x10 foot rectangular trampoline in black.
Item was delivered next day as stated via DX Courier service.
Well packaged and a good quality item for the price.
Everything was there and instructions were easy to follow.
No problems at all.

Item ordered 2 days ago and still saying 'progressing' - so much for next day delivery. Tried to get through to their Customer Services line - it is closed. Tried to email asking when I could expect delivery and no answer has been forthcoming. I wish I'd read the reviews of this company before ordering. Now I can't get my money back or get a reply from them as to when the item will be delivered. Although the company is called Sports & Leisure UK, I suspect they are not from GB - their emails are poorly written. DO NOT USE.

Order #400048131 On the 13th of Feb this year ordered a running machine It stopped working after less than 1 hour of use. The customer service is shocking I am still waiting for someone to respond to my emails, no calls due to covid what a load of rubbish.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced, now they are using “due to the corona virus their call Center is now closed” this shows what a 2 bit operation they are running! Any half decent company would setup call centres with people working from home. Went with this company because they had the cheapest product.. cheap in all aspects, when I installed it fell apart. Now nobody is answering emails. Please refund my money

Item came very quickly this I cannot fault. Unfortunately I was missing a part for the seat. So waiting for replies from customer service I had the bike nearly a month and still hadn't been able to use it. After the back and forth with customer service having to keep chasing them I had a confirmation that they will send the part. This was then never delivered. DHL was saying they had never received the item for dispatch. I wouldn't put this down to Sportandleisureuk but I had had enough. In the end I requested a refund I had lost all my faith in using the company especially if anything went wrong with the product, I have now received this refund.
If it wasn't for the such poor customer service I maybe would of kept the item but as stated all faith was lost in their reliability. Although redeeming them selves slightly with the quick process of returns and refund I would not recommend using this company.

Item came in good time, some essential springs were missing and bolts broke when I tightened them up, poor quality. Email was sent explaining my situation, took 2 emails to get a reply. Still waiting for over a week for parts to arrive. Good at taking your money but lack customer care when needed.

Okay received item all good. Instructions confusing but got there in end

Arrived to Isle of Man very quick despite of COVID19 disruptions.
Manual are not very good. We took a time to work our how to assemble our trampoline.
But when the trampoline was ready it a great value to this price.
Our son is enjoying it very much.

Purchased a trampoline that states free next day delivery. Had confirmation email but nothing since no tracking number etc. Call centre is closed and nobody replying to my emails?!

Worst company I have ever used! Trampoline doesn’t fit together, my kids were so desperate for it we tried on 3 weekends to put it up, confused, was it something we were doing wrong? No it wasn’t, the parts just don’t fit together and the instructions are...I’m sure for another trampoline?! They are the worst I have ever seen!

My friend also has a bad injury and can’tuse his hand with trying to fit it together, when it obviously wasn’t going to fit! We were so desperate to get it together. Disgusting service and so so rude!
They don’t understand what I am saying it seems, I tell them tine again what is faulty and they respond by insulting us, they say it’s our incompetence!! I’ve proved it isn’t with videos and photos!

They are ripping people off!!

I have contacted them numerous times, I have asked them to call me as sorting this out over email is time consuming (over 30 emails back and forth going round in circles) and not getting us anywhere....they just will not do it.

I’m thinking of claiming compensation due time!! 6 weeks and still no trampoline.

I brought a trampoline which arrived with two different parts from two trampolines of different sizes. No delivery date. Now I have to pay to return it even tho they have been sent photos and countless emails with what's wrong with it. There Crooks stay away from this company. Further to sport and leisure UK reply I have sent u my reference number and u clearly didn't read my message I have contacted u many times with no success.
