Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry to hear the bike did not arrive in the condition you expected, although we appreciate your comments about our delivery and customer service.

We're also sorry that it wasn't clear before purchase that some assembly would be required. Bikes are shipped partially assembled so they can be transported safely, but we appreciate that this should have been made clearer. We'll review the product information to make sure future customers have the right expectations.

We're also sorry to hear you found the chain to be slack. As we weren't made aware of this during our previous correspondence, we haven't had the opportunity to investigate or assist. If you're still experiencing any issues, please email us at info@sportandleisure.com and we'll be happy to help.

Regarding the paint damage, we offered £40 store credit as a gesture of goodwill based on the cosmetic nature of the issue, but we understand this was not the resolution you were hoping for. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're really sorry to hear your order has taken longer than expected to arrive.

Having checked the tracking, your order was dispatched promptly and has now reached the destination sorting office in the United States, so it is progressing through the final stages of delivery.

Frustratingly, international deliveries can occasionally take a little longer once they enter the destination country's postal network, but the tracking shows your parcel is continuing to move towards delivery.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're glad to hear your order arrived quickly.

We can reassure you that the SRAM cassette supplied is a genuine SRAM product. We source our products only through authorised and trusted distribution channels, and this cassette is supplied as an OE component, which is clearly stated on the product listing. OE parts are genuine manufacturer products, although they may differ slightly in markings or packaging compared with retail boxed versions.

It's also not unusual to see small differences in markings between production batches, and published weights online can vary depending on the exact model, manufacturing revision, or even the scales being used.
