Total lack of transparency
I have been a high roller playing on this platform, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Absolutely terrible experience. I lost over 2,000 CAD because this platform sent my withdrawal to a payment method I NEVER selected. Before the withdrawal was processed, I contacted support multiple times to confirm the correct withdrawal method, and both Andres and Vanessa repeatedly assured me that the selected method on my account was correct.
Only later did I discover that the funds were actually sent to a completely different withdrawal method that I never chose or authorized. The misinformation from support caused a serious financial loss and wasted days of stress and confusion.
The most concerning part is the complete lack of accuracy and accountability from customer support. If staff members are giving customers incorrect information about something as important as withdrawals and payments, how can anyone trust this platform with their money?
I now have zero confidence in this company’s systems or support team. Be extremely careful before using this platform for large transactions.

In your case, this alternative method was your registered bank account, and the funds were not sent to any unrecognized or unauthorized details.
As such, we are unable to identify how this situation would have resulted in a financial loss, as the full withdrawal amount was processed and paid to your own bank account.
That said, we do understand your frustration regarding the communication, and your feedback will be shared internally to improve clarity and accuracy moving forward.
