Please note that promotional rewards such as Free Spins must be actively selected from the Daily Picks section before making a deposit. If the deposit is made without selecting the offer in advance, the system will not be able to apply the promotion automatically - as it does not recognise that you wish to claimm an offer; in the first place.
In this case, the required step of selecting the offer prior to depositing was not completed, and therefore the Free Spins could not be credited.

Absolutely ridiculous, i deposited 2 £25 deposits and never received them into my account. I have now been on with them for 2 days and they aren't giving me my money back that came out of my bank account.
