I arrived 5 minutes late

I arrived 5 minutes late, and I was told that the counter was closed and I was turned away. Even though there were still 50–55 minutes left for the flight to take off, I was not given a boarding pass. Because of an emergency, I had to book another flight, which caused me a loss of ₹15,000.
SpiceJet is responsible for this , and I will never travel with your flights again in the future.

Too bad 🖕🏻

Seriously, please buy any ticket, this one from SpiceJet is so bad, so bad, how can i explain it, I can't even say that till..
For one thing, I don't have the manners to talk.
My entire luggage has been turned around, still no one is responding properly.
All I can say for now is please think 10 times before booking a SpiceJet ticket.

Flight Cancelled but No Refund from SpiceJet

I had booked a flight with SpiceJet from Ahmedabad to Sharjah for 18 March for myself and my son. Due to the war situation, the flight was canceled by the airline. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have still not received my refund. My husband called customer service many times, and they kept saying the refund would be processed, but now they disconnect calls and have stopped responding properly. The tickets were very expensive because they were booked during a difficult time, which makes this even more disappointing. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional handling of refunds. Please refund my money immediately. I will never recommend SpiceJet to my friends or family.

I traveled from Bangalore to Delhi(SG 141), but I have still not received my luggage. I was advised to contact the number 9711733467; however, despite multiple attempts, there has been no response.
It has now been over 24 hours, and I have not received any update regarding my baggage. This lack of communication and coordination is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the service standards.
Additionally, the duty staff member at the Delhi airport luggage counter, Mr. Jitendra, has been unresponsive and is not answering calls. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and is affecting our further travel plans.

I am writing regarding my booking with PNR XDGD6Z for travel from Dubai to New Delhi on 6 April 2026.

I am extremely dissatisfied to learn that my original flight from Dubai has been changed to a different flight (SG 5006) departing from Fujairah without my consent. This is a major and unacceptable change, as Fujairah is a different city and requires additional travel arrangements.

Moreover, I had specifically chosen and booked this ticket because it included a 30 kg check-in baggage allowance (2 pieces), which was an important factor in my purchase decision. However, the revised flight now provides only 20 kg baggage allowance, which is a clear downgrade from what I originally booked.

I did not agree to either of these changes:

Change of departure airport (Dubai to Fujairah)

Reduction in baggage allowance (30 kg to 20 kg)

Due to these unauthorized and inconvenient changes, I am not willing to proceed with the revised booking.

Therefore, I request a full refund of the total amount paid without any deductions, as this is an involuntary change initiated by the airline.

how this is even legal ?

The plane broke whilst taking off. Everybody has been kept on board for 3 hours, after which asked to leave with no info or support.
I filed for a refund and after a few hours, the status on my claim had changed to ' booking cancelled' - which means no entitlement to a refund. All e-mail bounces back. Typical indian service. Pure scam

First of all the flight was delayed by 3 hours, after that cabin crew was rude who banged the door of the bus on my sister's face. They charged 6K for 1 kg extra baggage. Unexpected and worst experience ever. Never ever travelling again with spice jet and suggest everyone if you want safe and timely travel don't choose this flight service.

Terrible Experience n Worse Call Center

Dear SpiceJet Customer Care,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an extremely distressing experience with my booking.

Booking Details:

PNR: EKE6NR

Flight Number: SG106

Route: Mumbai to Delhi

Original Departure: 14 March at 12:30 AM

Sequence of Events:

On the afternoon of 13 March at approximately 3:35 PM, I received a call from SpiceJet informing me that my flight had been delayed to 1:15 AM due to operational reasons.

However, at the same time I received an SMS and boarding pass showing the original departure time of 12:30 AM, creating complete confusion regarding the actual departure timing.

I attempted to contact your customer care team more than 10 times but was unable to get through for several hours.

When I finally managed to connect after considerable effort and time, I was informed that a change had been made to my booking allegedly initiated by me via your website.

I want to clearly state that I had only been checking possible flight options. I had not confirmed any change nor made any payment for such change. Despite this, your system processed a modification and even generated a debit note without any payment authorization.

Instead of acknowledging this technical glitch or assisting with a resolution, your customer care team insisted that I must pay an additional ₹10,000–₹11,000 to return to my original flight.

When I agreed to pay the amount and approached the airport counter, I was then told that I could not be accommodated on the original flight or the next flight either.

Due to the complete lack of assistance and accountability from SpiceJet, I was forced to book a last-minute ticket with another airline in order to reach Delhi.

This entire situation was caused by system errors and miscommunication from SpiceJet, yet I was left stranded and forced to bear additional expenses.

I therefore demand the following:

Full refund of my SpiceJet ticket (PNR EKE6NR)

Reimbursement of the alternate flight I had to book due to SpiceJet’s failure to provide a resolution

A written explanation regarding how a flight change was processed without payment authorization or passenger confirmation

I request that this matter be resolved within 7 working days, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this complaint to the relevant aviation authorities and consumer grievance forums.

I look forward to your prompt response.

If I can any less than 1 star , I would. Worst airlines ever. They like to follow rules but never on time. First airline i came across that considers ladies purse as a part of handbag too . Received worst ever service at Bagdogra airport. I had to scan and shuffle the weight 3 times .Everytime they were not happy with the weight per baggage. I mean really, you are so particular about all the details that passengers need to follow but how about your integrity and punctuality. No wonder their counter was empty while other airlines did not even have space for people to stand.

Spicejet lost my stroller and didn't…

Spicejet lost my stroller and didn't even care to refund. They just mentioned some other passenger took it therefore they are not liable for lost luggage.
They even gave 1 card to collect it as it came under fragile item then i didn't understand how come some other passenger can take it without showing the card. Also how spicejet is not liable as it was misplaced by them.
