In 2011, following a management buy-out, the company changed to SPF Private Clients (SPF). Very good service

I had a first time experience taking a bridging loan and I am extremely pleased with the service provided. I was assisted by Frank who earned my trust from the first call. Communication was excellent throughout, and every step of the process was clearly explained. All my questions were answered with patience and reassurance, which made the whole experience stress-free. From application to funds release took just 4 days, which genuinely exceeded my expectations. I am pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient everything was and, from my experience, I would highly recommend SPF.

A discriminatory business

My initial contact with your company involved a call from a very junior member of staff who demonstrated a lack of knowledge and professionalism. During this call, I felt that I was spoken to in a belittling and patronising manner. More concerningly, I believe I was treated differently and unfairly due to my minority background. I was made to feel disrespected and devalued, which I found deeply upsetting.

As a result, I submitted a formal complaint. I was subsequently contacted by an individual who introduced himself as a line manager and stated that the purpose of the call was to offer an apology. Unfortunately, this call was extremely disappointing and distressing. At no point was a genuine apology given. Instead, I was again spoken to in a patronising manner and was told that my written complaint was “hurting”, which is completely unacceptable. A complaint describing discriminatory and disrespectful treatment should never be framed as an inconvenience to staff.

Outstanding service for first time buyer!

SPF Private Clients were exceptional in arranging everything throughout my mortgage process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed from start to finish. Cristiana Zsigmond was incredibly responsive, highly professional, and always clear and reassuring in her communication. She was proactive, detail-oriented, and a real pleasure to work with.
Archie Mademidis was equally impressive, providing constant support throughout the process and always staying on top of every detail. It was clear that he was fully engaged, knowledgeable, and ahead of the game at every stage.
Together, they made an outstanding team and delivered a level of service that went well beyond expectations. I would highly recommend SPF Private Clients to anyone looking for expert, reliable, and truly professional mortgage advice and support.

Jack and Erin went above and beyond!

Jack Flynn & Erin Hudson were more helpful than we could've imagined.

Despite my partner and I having so many questions, they both helped us understand everything so clearly and simply with such rapid responses.

Buy To Let Mortgage

I have just renewed my “buy to let” mortgage for another 2 years which was for me hassle free a great relief.
Cristiana was quick and efficient with the handling of it and gave me several options to choose from and with her help and guidance I got the right mortgage for me. Definitely a good experience using SPF Private Client.
