Previously I had given a good review…

Previously I had given a good review about 5 months ago. Things have changed. About 4/3/26 my GPS tracker stopped sending impact alerts and ignition start alerts. I contacted the GPS tracker company and we discovered that we only got text replies that contained no links, like Google map links.
They suggested that some cell providers will block texts with links, fearing it may be malicious.
Phone techs stated they do not block and sent me a replacement SIM etc. I pressed for an escalation after no improvement from the 2nd sim and that agent finally admitted that they DO block texts with links. Utterly ridiculous. The sim will only be used to text ME about my car. Do they think I'm hacking myself? They implemented this blocking and never notified me. I thought my tracker was defective.
Wish me luck getting the balance of my unused year prepaid refunded back to me. I've replaced them with ThingsMobile

Shady business and they're crooks. They steal your money.

I used this company for my 8 or old's smart watch. I canceled the account via email like they requested when I called in to request that they cancel the account. Well they don't cancel the account and charge my card 7 days later instead. I called in to request a refund for my account that shouldn't even be active and they tell me they can't refund me because it's past the 14 day activation. So on other words they will charge my card whenever they want regardless what I say and they're going to keep my money because I activated the account 4 months ago. Like what? In other words once I activate my account with them I'm just stuck paying them and they have no plans to give refund because I activated the account. I know it makes no sense but this is what they told me.

I had a very bad experience with this…

I had a very bad experience with this cheap sim cards. I have purchased a 6 months prepaid sim card for my alarm system and always SOS no reception. I called their technical service more than 10 times and the responses were so unprofessional like “ put the sim card correctly “ turn on your phone” etc. As if I have never used a Sim card in my life before. Result was never used what I paid for.

Fraudulent Charges

I talked to Customer Service on 11/4/2025 to stop auto-renewal and was promised my credit card would not be charged again. Speedtalk continued to charge me two additional months and refused to credit my account for the additional charges.

Would give a zero star if i could

Would give a zero star if i could! This sim card came with a smart watch i bought for my daughter for christmas, activation was easy, however, it would not pair with the watch. I called 2x to try to get a refund since we decided to send the watch back and got nothing put a run around ( oh wait 24 hrs for it to pair with the device then call back if you still have issues)... filled out a form on the site 2 days after activation to get a refund. never heard anything, called today and got told im not eligiable for a refund because its been over 14 days. Did nothing but get a run around, for a service i never even got to use.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! I would have given a zero star rating if it was possible. The quality of connection is poor, I was never able to use data and when I decided to change a provider, they told me to pay $19 fee for porting out the number! They changed their T&Cs so now you have to stay with them for 120 days instead of 90 days to port out your number for free. What a bunch of scammers.

Can I give them ZERO stars

Can I give them ZERO stars? They work with SecuLife Security - GPS Tracking devices for children. They are incredibly sketchy and scammy and loop you into long term contracts. Then continue to charge your card. I have changed cards and they FOLLOW me! It is INSANE and scary. DO NOT TRUST working with them.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. I'm paying for service for my son and he cannot make calls and send text. When I call they say everything is fine. I then ask to port out and then they want to charged me 19 more dollars. I have been with multiple carriers and I have never had to pay to port out. They are a dirty company in my opinion.

Lied about amount of data

Lied about amount of data. Got it only a week ago and got email saying I'm out of data. I signed up for the 2 gig plan and was cut off at 500 mg. I called and was told I was on their old plan which is not anything I would have wanted. They wouldn't fix it. So I guess I'm only getting a week of service because I refuse to pay extra and I'm switching providers. This is why I will only buy unlocked phones

I called to activate my SIM card

I called to activate my SIM card. I only need a GPS. I bought it for a tracker so the woman tells me there’s a few different plans. I took the $11 plan after I paid and all the information you asked me seemed crazy for a Sim card but after I pay, she told me it takes 24 to 72 hours to activate which sounds ridiculous to me And here. I am still with no activation. I’m about to call them again. Can anybody tell me a Sim card I can buy and not have to deal with all this crap.

I bought a prepaid card for my kids smart watch 2 years ago and they have charged me monthly since. I emailed and called multiple times with zero response. The business model is mislead and then just take money and don’t respond. Petty Thugs. Pure and simple

scam company

They charge your credit card without your agreement!
I remember I only agree auto-renew for $5/mo and never agree auto-refill for overages from my credit card. But they charge me about $200 in a week for my wifi off carelessly. No refund! Fortunately I cancel the plan immediately and no more further lost.
