Just got my Speediance Gym Monster 2 delivered, and I’m already impressed! The setup was smooth, and my first few workouts have been amazing. The resistance feels really natural, and the smart features make training fun and easy to follow. I’m excited to explore all the programs and see how it fits into my daily routine. So far, it feels like a great addition to my home gym!

I purchased the gym monster and have had it a little over a year now the machine itself has been amazing I have had no issues I really enjoy that all of the functionality is useable without a subscription but I have recently tried the wellness plus they offer and I find it quite useful, I contacted support about an item that was damaged in shipping and within 2 weeks they had sent me a replacement so support had been great from the company itself.

Completely failed to arrange delivery despite numerous calls to customer service and their courier in the UK. It took 3 days to finally get a call back from the courier (over a week since placing the order) and only then under threat of cancelling the order. If you need this equipment within the 4-5 days quoted on their website, don't order online, or look elsewhere for alternative options like the Nordictrack Fusion CST.

Chatted with Marco Mueller a few days ago about the Speediance Gym Noster 2. Marco is a lovely guy, professional, knowledgeable, polite and least of all, pushy. Marco was able to field all of my questions about Speediance. He is clearly passionate about the product and can speak to its benefits confidently. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services and the high quality product he represents.

I recently purchased the Speediance Gym Monster 2. It took 5 days from ordering until I was actively working out. I was not expecting the quick service. I am excited to share my total experience with Speediance. First off, the equipment is exceptional. This was a replacement for a Universal Gym that occupied a whole room. The GM2 hardly occupies any space and has 10 fold the capabilities than my old system. I haven’t found a muscle group that I can’t exercise with this equipment. The kicker is a subscription is not required like other systems.
The system has preprogrammed workouts or you can create your own.
They do offer a subscription system (Wellness +) that offers AI driven workouts and diet logging. This is a game changer as far as I am concerned.
Their online support is Quick and very effective. You can tell that they care about their customers.
I am truly excited to start my workouts and words cannot describe how satisfied I am with this company and their equipment. Game changer!

Screen frozen and I have to be a computer engineer to reset. References to update kits that I do not have. Spent hours going through user forums. Managed to get through to their sales departments but support is too busy, of course.

Never buy from this company or the product Gym Monster 2. Worst experience ever!

I received my GM 2 a couple of weeks ago and have done 6 workouts on it. It’s an excellent piece of exercise equipment which presents more than enough of a physical challenge for my purposes. It is versatile and easy to switch from one movement to the next. The built in library of exercises covers a very wide range of lifts.

I purchased a Gym monster 2 around 7 month ago and we've been using it on and off and here's my honest feedback.
The first couple of month, our impression was that this is the invention of the century. I even looked up the company's stock to invest in them, though it's not a public company.

However, the more that we used it, the more we realised why it's an incredibly dangerous and faulty device and can never replace an old school gym device.

1- If you try bench pressing anything over 50kg, it's almost impossible to get the bar up and down without it shaking and giving you a weird feeling of "is it going to break" ?

2- When bench pressing, prepare the bar to get stuck on your chest if you couldn't finish your last rep, because the device has no way of stopping when you want it it. Sure there's a bluetooth ring ( that you need to purchase extra !!!!) that you can strap around your finger, but trust me, as you know how incredibly unreliable bluetooth devices are and they get disconnected all the time, so does Speedience's .
Imagine a bar with 50kg weight, strapped with two ropes on side where it leaves you no were to escape and you're in your last rep and you can't finish it and you press the stop button on the bluetooth device and that doesn't work either. If you have no one around you to stop the machine, that's it, you're dead with a 50kg down-pulling pressure on your chest!
This doesn't happen with a normal bench bar, because at the last resort, you can always just drop the bar to the side or something like that.
This is such a serious issue and happen to my wife 2 times and if I wasn't home, I have no idea what would've happened.

3- None of the gym instructors in their videos ever use any weight above ~30kg and this isn't random.
The fact is, the bar has two ropes and each rope is pulling the bar down from the sides. This means if you want to bench press, or any pressing, you have to maintain an even pressure on each side or otherwise it's weird. This becomes more obvious when you have over 30kg weight, it becomes impossible to maintain stability.

4- The company lovvvves to sell you things. For example, the bluetooth ring is such an important necessity that without it the device is almost useless when you're exercising without a spotter and should've been installed on all of their bars, but no, you have to purchase it separately as if it's an add-on.
Or the app itself, it constantly wants to sell you their video courses or whatever.

5- The device breaks down every time they release a new version of their software and without your knowledge, you turn it on and you realise it doesn't turn on anymore. You contact the company and they send you instructions on how to open the back of the device as if you're e mechanic and have an open heart surgery on it. Why is this happening ?
Well it's simple, Speedience has given money to lots of influencers to advertise it and lots of people like me have bought from different countries. But Speedience, doesn't have mechanics and repair centers across those countries because it's expensive of course to open centers, train them etc.
So instead, you are their at-home mechanic.
They'll send you the instructions and they'll ask you to fix it yourself, all you need is a windows machine ( Mac doesn't work), screwdrivers and tools like that, a knack for being a mechanic, and of course, free time :)
This is while when you bought this device, it was probably the most expensive thing you've ever bought ( A ~$6000) and you thought an expensive device comes with a proper customer support, well, you were wrong, like I was.

6- The ropes ware out after a few month, since they're just silky threads or whatever and are designed to be very flexible, so every few month, again, you're invited to search the internet, find a video of "how to replace Speedience's ropes" , and perform an open heart surgery on the device again.

7- The device constantly logs out you out and has a terrible wifi system. This means each time you want to use it and have dedicated an hour, prepare yourself to spend 10-15 minutes constantly restarting the device hoping that maybe the next restart works and gets you connected to the internet because without internet and an account, of course you can't use the device !

So at the end, sure, it's a great invention and I will look forward to the day that a company would properly create it, but Speedience hasn't. It's faulty, its overpriced, it's dangerous and its glitchy all the time.

The machine (monster gym) is amazing. The customer support is great and the whole experience is of high quality

The product, Speediance Gym Monster 2, itself is a very good until it had a huge error during a standard update. However, the team offered a solution that fixed the problem. Moreover, they are quick to respond and offer help. Although frustrating, the machine is back to working condition.

I own a GM1 and the device has changed my life. Now there are absolutely no objections and excuses to work out. I found the build top notch and this is a core routine for my wife and I. After sales support has been great and very very responsive. The community is great and super helpful.

My experience with Speediance has been positive. Any small issues I’ve had they have been quick to fix. I think every house should have a gym monster or at least a gym pal.

I recently purchased the GM2 and so far loving it. I went ahead and signed up for the wellness + that uses AI to build out a plan based on you fitness results, desired areas for improvement and number of days you want to workout. Back to the GM2, it’s smooth, quiet and easy to move around. Transitioning from one exercise to another is very easy.

I got a Speediance Gym Monster 2 - I absolutely love that I can have a full gym in my home office. So in the morning I'll use the rower and get some cardio in before work and I end work with a 45 minute strength training routine. It might seem expensive at first but it's really worth it to have an extremely low friction and fun way to work out at home

I have a Speediance Gymmonster 2. It’s a great product. I train strength and mobility training at home. I have a small area to use, and my GM2 has a small footprint and its easy to use, move around and store, when not in use. It has plenty of resistance and 4 modes of residence training. I allows metro program my own workouts, but it also come with an abundance of built in workouts. The versatility is unmatched. Last but not least, the service by support is among the best I have ever encountered. Flemming

I’ve been using the Gym Monster Family Plus for about a month, and it’s the best a great experience. The resistance feels smooth, you can easily cover all muscle groups with the available exercises, and the app makes it easy to track progress and adjust weights automatically.

It’s sturdy and saves a lot of space, but still feels like a full gym experience in the comfort of your own home.

Purchasing my Speediance more than a year ago was the best decision I've ever made! I love there are so many workouts to choose from and they are guided so its like having your very own Personal Trainer which is fantastic for ensuring you do the exercises correctly! Its so much more convenient than the gym, time wise, variety and not having to wait for machines! They have challenges you can get involved in and achieve medals too! Its been an absolute game changer for me and my health & fitness! The communication with Speediance is also fantastic, they solve issues in a timely manner and have set up an awesome community where you all can support, encourage and celebrate achievements!

I have been looking at a competitor's product and during my final decision-making process, I came across the Speediance Gym Monster 2. While I was a little hesitant, after watching some comparison videos, I decided to make the purchase, and I couldn't be happier. No monthly fees, feels solid, easy to use. It has helped me get back into shape, gain lean muscle. The convenience makes it easy to use, even if just a quick work-out, on days you would have normally skipped going to the gym. There is no excuse to no do something quick. Would highly recommend giving it a shot.

When I first brought this machine I'd have given it 1 star. The one I recieved had the 1040 firmware defective update resulting in a dead driver. It was a struggle at first to get in with support. However once I was in and talking they offered to make it right and send a new one knowing how excited I was to try this machine and how very disappointed the situation was. I was going to refund seeing all the issues. They shipped a new one, made sure it worked and the machines been amazing ever since. The Facebook support team is the best! Super responsive and quick to look for the best resolve. They got my warranty extenders that helps offset the issues with the defective rubbing that can occurr with the cables causing breakdown.
This machine and the service has a ways to go yet and is a work in progress but they are actively working to make improvements daily and taking feedback seriously. Actions are everything!
The machine is large but easy to move and folds up making this great for smaller spaces. No wall mounting.
The work outs replace almost anything you'd need a gym membership for essentially paying for a major benefit. Trialing the wellness plus, has some great features like scanning and tracking meals, weight, and workouts. Allowing you to customize days, workouts and more. Or if you chose to opt out and free lift (personally my fav) it'll still count your calories and work.
The wellness plus is worth exploring at least a month. Seeing if its a good fit for you or if you do best free lift. Its got great exercises and routines beginners may not think of and helps you set the tone for moving forward as well as tracking for accountability. Fix the flaws and this machine will be the best on the market for price, compacatability, features and the factor it does not require a membership was a HUGE selling point!

I've had the speediance gym monster for a few years now and I change the cables at least every five months because they are always thinning out and break. I've also changed my tablet once because an update glitched out the original tablet from the gym monster. All in all yea sure it’s nice not needing a gym subscription and doing this from home but not when you have to be a mechanic to fix a machine every five months, not to mention the logic board is something that can also go on this machine. My advice get something reliable, and even if your handy I still wouldn’t buy this.
