Fantastic service

We had an excellent service with Hajra, she was very communicative and kept us informed regularly. Hajra worked very hard and we had a great outcome, our claim was settled very quickly and within couple of months. It would usually take up to a year to settle. We were so pleased with the outcome both timing and settlement wise and the service we received.

100% Honest and Trustworthy Solicitors

If Your Looking for a Solicitor your going to the right place, We live near Blackpool 250 miles away from Specters Solicitors in London, We used Andrew Specter of Specters Solicitors to take my case on of Conveyance Solicitor Negligence with only a matter of weeks before the six years of limitation was up, Andrew Specter rushed the paperwork through Justin in time to get the ball rolling, After a long Battle over 21 months and over eighty emails to me from Specters Solicitors we settled out of court. I’ve used Solicitors before and hand on heart these are the best and you’ll be lucky to get better for service and honesty.

Where do I even begin?!?!?

I went for a flat rate service with them, as my case was supposed to be very simple. What a mess they made of it!

Starting from the fact that I enquired about a procedure, and was sent the paperwork for a different one... Going to the fact that they didn't know that the court needed the original version of the documents... Passing through the absolute lack of communication following court feedback and lying about why they didn't reach out to me... And most importantly, ignoring my questions which as it turns out where the same questions the judge asked in the end, which is the cherry on top of everything else.

When I confronted them about the very poor quality of their service, they decided to argue that the everyting was perfect. I don't know, maybe they thought I could be brainwashed or something, like I didn't know what was going on.

Ultimately, their job is not rocket science, and the procedures are pretty much standard. My common sense as it turns out was far better than their "expert and professional advice", which says everything (since I am not a lawyer)!

They have messed up things so badly and any communication would take so long (and was so useless) that I ultimately decided to get myself another firm, drop the proceedings they started, and start new ones with another firm.

Changing firm was exactly what my situation needed. At the other firm I found people that actually knew what they were doing, they answered all the questions I had in a knowledgeable and professional manner, they were quick with their replies and explanations, they were very quick in notifying me of the court feedback, etc. So refreshing!

I have bothered to read the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, RELs and RFLs, and in my humble opinion their service to me was not up to that standard.

The funniest thing of all is that months after I have changed firm they gave me a call, asking me if I wanted to start new proceedings with them, even though I have clearly shown my unappreciation for their services via email.

Not a good job, guys, at all.
