no way to contact anyone to cancel order
Tried to contact the company no contact info. Found a number no answer. Want to cancel my order and no remedy for that. My order has been in processing since 03/27/2026.

Customer Service & Website function is a disaster.
As a Guest Customer I, by mistake, ordered the wrong product. Upon noticing the error on my receipt, I attempted to contact the company using the "Contact Us" function. It requires a specific email app, so I had to log on to another device to send an email requesting the intended item be exchanged or to cancel my order. When attempting to use the locate order form on the website the field only allows you to search a specific time frame and not by the order number. I created an account hoping this would connect my purchase to the email account that I used during my purchase, but it did not. I did an independent search for a phone number to call as it wasn't listed in their "Contact Us" page. I received no call back in response to my detailed VM. On 7/7/23 I received a generic response to my email which failed to address my request to cancel or change to my intended purchase item. I replied to that email which went unanswered. This experience has ruined any future product purchases for me.
