Epping Specsavers is like attending a public hospital emergency department. Crowded and impersonal. Inaccurate prescription meant a lot of time wasted. I will never visit a specsavers again. They are more interested in profit than quality customer care.

Professional service
The whole appointment only took less than 10 minutes which was appreciated because I was in a break. The staff were very efficient, friendly and professional.

Jacob is so good with teenagers
Jacob is so good with teenagers. He explained situations like, might not get a headache straight away, a little hard to focus after a few hours etc. This is accurate with my daughter. Now she wears her glasses when she doesn't have her contacts in. Thank you Jacob!
