Waste of money and time
Waste of money and time. Bought on the two-for-one offer, then found the second frame couldn’t be used by me,both pairs had to be made with my partner’s lenses. Had to buy a separate frame on top, $386 total. The price to fit my own lenses into the spare frame went from around $100 to $160 between visits. Ended up with one usable pair, a frame nobody can use, and two wasted trips.

Epping Specsavers is like attending a public hospital emergency department. Crowded and impersonal. Inaccurate prescription meant a lot of time wasted. I will never visit a specsavers again. They are more interested in profit than quality customer care.

Professional service
The whole appointment only took less than 10 minutes which was appreciated because I was in a break. The staff were very efficient, friendly and professional.
