Given that both of our children have medical conditions and are on ongoing medications, she consistently goes above and beyond to carefully review their history and ensure nothing is overlooked. She also recommends additional tests when necessary, which gives us great confidence in her thorough approach.

Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for her patients truly stand out. We’re very grateful to have her supporting our children’s eye care.

Good eye exam and explanation of the results. Disappointed I could not find a low cost option to only replace the lenses in my existing frames so had to purchase new frames. Unfortunately the Eye Exam report requested for Drivers Licence renewal with Type II Diabetes was not sent by e-mail and I forgot to request it when I picked up the glasses.

The staff were lovely and the customer service was excellent. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. I would recommend specsavers in NorthLakes.

Incompetent online customer service team. They made a false claim on my private insurance. I’ve been chasing up my refund for three weeks, but they keep procrastinating and giving me different versions of the story every time I call, completely wasting my time. They keep telling me it’s been processed, yet I still haven’t received my HICAPS refund after three weeks.

It’s been a month since my order. I still haven’t got any idea when my lenses will be arriving. Despite offering to provide trial lenses while I wait, they still haven’t managed to source any. This will be my last contact lens order with Specsavers.
