We were told that we cannot have a dog because I cannot speak Danish...

When we decided to get our first dog, we decided on an allergy friendly breed. As it was hard to find a poodle, and my boyfriend really liked labradors, we decided, after 2 phone calls with Jeanette, to pick a Labradoodle F1B. Buying a dog at Specialdogs is not, as some seem to state, buying a dog at a puppy factory. It's absolutely the other way around. Jeanette asks all the important questions and invests all her knowledge to find the right dog for the right people. We would have picked the wrong puppy - I'm sure. Now we have the perfect dog, with the perfect activity level for us.

I have never met a breeder, that would sit down for more than 6 hours with people that "just" want to pick up their puppies and receive a through explanation on how to teach the puppy to be home alone, how to leash train, how to take care of their coat and how to treat a dog in general. Jeanette is a great teacher that has a fantastic communication with dogs.

Whenever we have a question, we can call her and she always shows a big interest in helping us and was the biggest help for all our "first dog owner questions".

Also - there currently is a free "doodle training" every first Sunday of the month. I would recommend for every new dog owner, to visit this training, after they have picked up their dog at Specialdogs. You will have a well balanced dog, that knows its place in the human world. Something that I would wish for more dogs in this world.

I can highly recommend Specialdogs and can not imagine getting a dog from any other place.
Having met a couple of other "Specialdogs" I also think it's worth mentioning, that all of these dogs are very friendly, have stable minds and are very smart and great with kids - all thanks to the best parents and Jeanette's care in the first weeks of their life.
