Worse online customer service i've ever experienced......!

I ordered an item which never showed up. I emailed the company a number of times & they simply responded by saying it should be with me. As it was sent by [link], lost mail has to be dealt with by the sender but they didn't seem to care about this. Over the course of the following week i sent various emails asking for a refund, many of them were simply ignored. I eventually stated that i would be making a formal complaint to which i received an accusatory emails claiming that though it was clear the item had been stolen by me they would give me a refund as they couldn't prove it!

I have never been treated so badly by an online company before. I would never use this company again & have been sure to tell friends & family to stay away from this company.

Disgraceful!
