Pure caos
I dealt with the German company: sparfenster.de. I had an awful customer experience.
For every order, I had to call dozens of times because the details were not correct, not to mention the dozens of emails that I had sent. After every correction, some new mistakes were made that needed to be corrected again... setting up an order took months.
The lack of politeness from their side also did not help.

Slow process
The product is fine and good price but there where big delays in delievery. No excuses or follow up on the matter. Had to call to hear what had happened.

The customer support was not…
The customer support was not satisfactory. Requests for changes were rejected. Delivery delays were not presented transparently. A new delivery date was not communicated.

ich bedauere sehr Ihre Bewertung lesen zumüssen.
Wir geben unser Bestes einen zufriedenstellenden Service zubieten.
Leider muss ich hier klarstellen, dass unsere absage der änderungen gerechtfertigt ist.
Wir haben am 19/05 ihre bestellung erhalten.
Ihre änderungen kamen am 18/06 bei und per Kontaktformular rein.
Somit liegt fast ein monat zwischen bestellung und änderungen.
Wie Sie ihrer bestellbestätigung entnehmen können steht im oberen teil, dass :
Änderungsfrist 24 Stunden ab Bestellzeitpunkt: Ihre Bestellung kann innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Durchführung der Bestellung geändert oder storniert werden.
Danach wird der Auftrag automatisch in Produktion gesendet. Eine änderung ist dann nicht mehr möglich, und vorallem nicht nach einem monat.
Ein Lieferdatum wird lediglich zwischen der Spedition und Ihnen Kommuniziert.
Ich wäre äusserst dankbar, wenn sie mir auf meine mail antworten, damit wir hier eine richtigstellung der situartion hervorbringen können.

Stupid misunderstandings impossible to correct.
Very honest: I misunderstood ordering on net. My intention was to order a door with 3 glasses, but misunderstood in the ordering prosess (without glasses!). I understood this after two weeks or so, too late. Nothing to do, was the "automatic" answer from your norwegian-speaking contact.
My experience: Your company is too rigid. Such a stupid(!!!) mistake should be possible to correct.
