God bank med god rådgivning.

If you are not from Danmark it doesn't give you hope if you want to take some credit,i save evry month 14.000-18.000dkk and they say is stil not enogh, not punctual, I have to wait a long long time for an answer, i have so many bad things abowt this bank but i finish with the advice... this bank is very bad, i move to Nordea and i have agree for buy house! 🤘

I had a terrible experience with Sparekassen Kronjylland while trying to open a basic personal (NemKonto) account which I intended to use also for my self-employed activities.

I first contacted their Frederiksberg and was told that they are not offering COMPANY accounts, although I specifically said I was looking for a basic personal one.

So then I was directed to their København City branch. After contacting I was told that a bank advisor would get in touch with me. Which did not happen for several days. Therefore I called back to make sure I would get my account as soon as possible, but the man I spoke to told me "he could not guarantee anything".

Finally, I contacted their online client service to complain and was kindly informed that I would get the call within days. This happened 10 days after I initially tried to get in touch with the bank. A bank advisor called me stating that:
- Sparekassen Kronjylland is only interested in opening bank accounts for people that would take a plan with the bank;
- The bank would not make a profit from a client such as myself;
- They do not provide accounts to companies, even though all I wanted was a personal account;
- I should try my luck with another bank advisor/branch instead.
Deeply disappointed, I asked the employee to send me all the information he stated written in an email, plus his full name which he refused doing.

Wow, way to go in repelling your potential customers, Sparekassen Kronjylland!

Ironically, I was referred to this bank by my financial advisor who is very happy with the bank's services. So I guess getting good service with this bank is a matter of luck rather than expecting that the organization is being run coherently with a customer-oriented approach.

After contacting Filip, who has been kind enough to follow through the entire case, I was told that:

"In this case our branch in Copenhagen has assessed, that we can’t make a positive difference for you, and therefore don’t want to start a customer relation with you. Though it might not be the answer you had hoped for."

Thank god i dumped Danske Bank. Their actions almost cost me my business. Since i moved to Sparekassen Kronjylland, i can actually concentrate on developing my business and i can sleep at night. Super service from Jens Krogh, Randers.
A VERY satisfied customer indeed.
