Mark couldn't have been more helpful. We had a long video consultation in which he was keen to figure out a personally tailored solution for a complicated feature I required. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you are not keen on (like myself) the more well known companies who are keen to keep you at arm's length.

Easy to use survey software, with outstanding features and superb reporting capabilities. Great value for money.

I bought SparkChart about 18 months ago. As a business consultant, I love having use of the various templates already created. The time it would take for me to research and recreate would otherwise be costly to my client or I would have to absorb the cost. Instead I can customize the work others have done or just use it as is.

We've also used to create our own custom survey and assessment tools. Generally, the set-up has been straight forward. Spark Chart is deceptively powerful so there is a bit of a learning curve.

The reporting features shines with the ability to slice and dice data.

The surveys also look great. I like the clean look and smooth flow at the user experience.

Finally, when I reached out to support, I've had fast and interested responses.

Pros:
Customer service is unbeatable
Features that you'd expect are all there
Features that you wouldn't expect in such a tool are also available that can take the capabilities to the next level.
Then with the pricing as compared to some of the competitors, it's a no brainer.

Cons:
Customization options (confirmed they're in queue w/ development).
Some small areas are a little restricted on what can be changed but sounds like those options are in the pipe line.

Overall:
My org relies heavily on the survey/market research tools & after vetting out dozens, the decision to go with Spark Chart was the best decision that we could've made.

When I need to slice my survey responses to uncover patterns, to check hypotheses or dive deep to reveal insights about subsections of the audience, nothing else I've used compares.

When I need to intelligently present survey results live to interested parties, intentionally choosing how I present and what I present, nothing else I've used compares.

Spark is developed by guys who know survey methodology inside and out. That comes through in the core of this solution. Others cannot easily incorporate these abilities like they can cosmetic features.

Yes there's room for improvement in the realm of cosmetics, though what is currently there is already good. But that is a far easier thing for Spark to do than for others who have slicker cosmetics to incorporate the power, control and nuance possible through Spark.
