Technical problem and shipping issues
I am experienced the same issue with shipping and customer management. I sent email and checked with your bots but I only had "Technical problems". Since I see they care about feedback, I post here a formal complain and If any proper reply will not come in the next 2 days I will cancel the order.

Real catastrophe.
I've ordered Iphone 15 pro on 25.05 until today i haven't received yet. On the first day when i put signature i only received one email from SparHandy and one mail from DHL but everything was fake
I have contract with O2 and my contract is active from 25.05 but Becouse of SparHandy still i don't have the phone and the sim card
I haven't seen more irresponsible company than this one
If I have to put ZERO stars i will be glad to do that

Update 1: immediately after I posted this review, I received an email from sparhandy in which they said that the status of my post would be changed within 48 hours. i just want to say that until now 31.05.2024. 13:00 and still have nothing from them or dhl. my phone and sim card still did not arrive. just stay away from them
I placed my order 25.05.2024 the same day contract was approved and ready to ship,everything was going smooth, 27.05.2024 i get an email with tracking number from dhl, expected delivery was 28.05.2024 but when that day come suddenly everything was started to going wrong, on dhl tracking number i get note Tue, May 28, 2024, 11:25
The shipment is being stored due to missing required data. This may delay delivery. i try to contact dhl they said we can’t do anything and you have to contact sparhandy. So i did, first of all i call them and they speak only German then i have written an email just to know where is the problem and which data is missing, nothing get answered.. after that i have call them again using translator the woman on the phone told me we have forwarded your case to another department, is that an answer?? Absolutely no!
Today is 29.05.2024 so far i get nothing from them..
Ps. Sim card is active from the first day of signing contract 25.05 and i have to pay for the unused days or maybe will be weeks, i have found this reviews sadly to late, i hope you will find it sooner before you make contract and order something from Sparhandy.

Haven't received the phone but got bill
I have ordered the phone under the contract of O2 last month. I still haven't received it. Today I got the mail from DHL stating the order is returning to the sender. In the meanwhile I already got a bill of €41 to pay for the service which I didn't get to experience.

Customer support has areas for improvement.
Ordering process was fine. When it came to the verification process, it went less well. They use a company called "WebID". Now their process uses AI to evaluate your identity. There is no alternative. You are forced to use their AI identification process. I made sure all of the information matched up correctly, but when that still did no work, I tried turning to their customer service. Their WhatsApp and iMessage bot ( they are identical ) refuses to get past the first menu, coming up with the error "I could not understand". And when you say "Help" which they specifically mention will bring you to a service operative, it still doesn't do anything. When I called, I went through the common call menu but after that, nothing happens.

After I reached out to their email asking them how I should continue, they sent out the exact same email that is telling me to verify with WebID. No human response, just the exact same email that I got before. Don't bother reaching out to their email, no one seems to read them anyway.
Suggestions_
Mainly the chat bots. They dont work like they are supposed to as they don't respond to their own preselected responsees. Make it function or if that doesn't work, make it easier for the customer to reach an actual person. Also offer alternatives to the AI identification. And please let actual humans read the emails you get sent. That would be helpful.
