This company is so professional from the initial phone call to the engineers visit.
I had a service carried out by Gerrod today.
He telephoned me first thing in the morning to inform me of his estimated arrival time, and also called me when he was 10 minutes away.
He carried out the service in his usual professional manner.
He was extremely polite and is very knowledgeable.
It is a breath of fresh air to come across a company such as this.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a shame.... I've been using Spa Fix for nearly 12 years and couldn't fault their service. My tub needed a new filter cap, and I believed it was the incorrect size. They then sent 2 more identical parts. Confused, they sent their engineer, who said he would order a small one. The same thing arrived. All he needed to tell me was that a smaller part didn't exist and that the hole needed to be made bigger, then my son could have fitted the part with no problem. They now tell me that I wasn't entitled to this information unless I paid for it .... I feel the customer service was illogical, unfair, and would have saved an awful lot of time, money, and effort if they'd just said ....this is what you do....!!!!
Crazy after all the years of using them.

We were really impressed with the level of service we received. From initial enquiry to completion of the job they were excellent. Our elderly swim spa needed a new control panel and a suitable one was sourced and fitted within a couple of weeks. We recommend them most highly, and will be using them again.

Carl, Tony and the team were excellent. From our first visit to the shop throughout the installation they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable and flexible, working with our builders to get the best for our project and took every bit of stress out of the process. The jacuzzi looks fantastic and the way that Tony gave us all the advice on how to look after it and control it was great. It came with everything we needed to get going and the follow up service after from Carl has demonstrated how much spafix care about their customers and their excellent products. Would highly recommend.

Lovely spa very professional job installing can't wait to use later today

We initially had our swim spa worked on by a pair of "engineers" who not only didn't complete the job but also left us with inferior equipment. SpaFix in Horndean ensured a fully working swim spa and a renewed faith in professional workers. The original problem was surveyed by Carl and Tony who promised that the follow up work would be completed in a timely and extremely efficient manner - and it was. Tony displayed extensive knowledge of hot tubs and swim spas and he and Ady even then installed a fan heater in quick time.
We found all the staff at Spafix to be most pleasant and approachable whilst Lorraine makes an excellent cup of tea!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Carl and his team to any future customer in search of work to be undertaken in the hot tubs and swim spas.

Just a quick thank you to Will for all his hard work in sorting out a problem with a jet on our swim/spa, a most professional attitude and he kept cheerful throughout. Thank you SpaFix 👍

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 STARS ALL ROUND!! Carl and Tony from Spafix went above and beyond to help my family with a totally botched Hot Tub Heatpump install. Tony came round, inspected the work as they were concerned with our safety, he knew exactly what was wrong and in next to no time they carried out a complete re-work overhall, installed one of their own excellent Vivan heatpumps, and now everything is SPOT ON! Honestly, I can not recomend this company enough... Top of my Xmas card list. Amazing!

Really helpful knowledgeable staff, from the lady who helped with the booking to the gentleman who came out to fix the spa. Nothing was too much trouble and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them for future servicing.

Spafix were great at understanding our needs, listening to what we were looking for and delivering on that requirement at a great cost. I dealt with Carl who was friendly and tentative, and communication was great throughout the process. the Engineers who installed our HotTub were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Spafix if you are looking for a HotTub.

Excellent all round, arrived as planned , sorted the main problem, addressed the ancillary problems immediately which were sorted the same day. William is highly professional and one feels totally confident with his diagnoses and delivery . Overall, superb. Highly recommended

Every engineer visit I have had has always been on
time, great speed of response & had always solved any issues however small

From the first conversation to in-life with our new tub the service we have received has been brilliant.
The choice Spafix offer is great with knowledgeable, non pushy sales advise, the engineer’s who attended site were polite, tidy and super experienced which made a challenging install seem easy.

I would thoroughly recommend Spafix and already have to friends who I know are looking at potential tub purchases.

Hot tub had a leak, booked engineer, turned up on time and fixed problem.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, Carl at Spafix was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have been really please with my Majorca hot tub. It is superbly built and looks magnificent on my new decking.
All the family including my children and grandchildren absolutely love it. We are having so much fun with it. The jets are also very good for my osteo arthritis in my neck and shoulders.
I would recommend Spafix to all my friends and family should they consider ever purchasing one.

Another full year service just completed by the team ….. our Spa remains in excellent working order thanks to these guys ( office / service & technical engineers ) combined efforts 😀.
