Great design with high ceiling. Spaces keeps the areas clean and provide good service. Only one thing I want them to improve is the washing areas. It is too small, smelly and not so clean

I’m sorry for your dissatisfaction.
I understand that your recent company tax registration application was rejected by the government due to the nature of your business.
We ensure transparency in everything we do, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed.
I coordinated this with your salesperson and centre team. They clarified that you have informed them that you require office space for your company tax registration purpose and didn’t mention that your business nature is warehousing. They have proposed the 1-seater office space which they normally suggest to customers for tax registration purposes that is compliant with the government’s requirement for normal businesses based in the office. Please understand that it is the customer’s responsibility to choose the suitable product based on their business nature and requirements for tax registration purposes.
A signed agreement is a formal business commitment, it should be ended online according to its end date. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date. Your agreement will expire on 31 December 2024.
Your centre team is currently working on this matter as they have confirmed with you. Please respond to them for further assistance.
