Good quality products and service
In the end I bought the Badekar - Quadro slim 130 from them and I'm very happy. Even though it costs a bit more than Bauhaus's similar tubs, this one is sturdy and has maximum tub space for the amount of space it takes up in the room. There is no weakness in any part, i.e. no wobbly bottom. I've had it for 2 months now (shifted it around several times) and have no complaints.
At first I ordered a tub that was too big. I only realized my mistake after it was delivered. Before opening the box, I contacted them about returning it. They organized the return. I had to pay for shipping the return, but that was fair. They gave me a full refund for the returned tub because it was unopened.

Bent and his team were excellent.
Great level of information and support during the decision of which spa to buy, how to set it up, how to use it properly and how to control the water. Always available on the phone in case of questions. Some minor damage to the base frame during transport was quickly solved and the whole family is really enjoying our new Hotspring hot tub.
Highly recommended.
