Attended to fix a leak in my windscreen…

Attended to fix a leak in my windscreen to which I was advised there was a 50% chance of the screen cracking and needing replacing if they tried to fix the leak. The screen cracked! to which I accepted and payed £350 for a new screen. I then washed the car to now find that I now had a leak flooding through the footwear caused from the plastic scutter not being fitted down properly after replacing the windscreen. They came back out to check this and said leak was not caused from anything they had done, even though this had never happend before. Approx a week later the screen began to crack from the side of the screen and even though they say they provide warranty, they won't accept responsibility and will not rectify, or even reply to messages!

Nice job replacing motorhome windscreen

Called David and as luck would have it he'd just finished a job close to me. He came straight over and replaced my motorhome windscreen which had popped out due to an accident. He was calm, efficient and technically proficient in replacing the windscreen, having all the right tools for the job and going about it in the right way. The previous time I had a big windscreen replaced on a different motorhome it took 3 guys over an hour to do it. David accomplished this task in under an hour (with my help, this screen was really heavy) and his call out charge wasn't too bad either. I appreciated his instant response to my dilemma and am happy with his work.

Poor workmanship and communication

Came and installed 2 side windows on my car. Completed both windows in 45 mins but speed does not equal quality. I’ve had to go to a 3rd party garage to rectify the work carried out by David and his so-called business!
Front window dropped towards the front leaving a noticeable gap; David did return to rectify the issue but blamed it on a stretched cable.
Rear window came out of its runner and subsequently dropped about 3 to 4 inches leaving the car insecure.
On both occasions, the 3rd party garage claims poor workmanship along with informing me of missing covers from the door cards.
In addition, David sent a voice message on WhatsApp stating he’d “eat his own words” and return to fix the issues (before going to the 3rd party garage) but after 2 days with no reply to calls, emails, texts or any other form of communication I was forced to take alternative action
Simply put, comes over as a nice man but be aware of poor quality workmanship and severe lack of communication. DON’T USE!
