⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ South Wales Water worked pure magic on my new connection. They pulled strings behind the scenes with Welsh Water to get everything moving quickly, and the final on-site finish is exceptionally neat and professional.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Most importantly, the team handled my stressful moments with amazing patience and reassurance.

After a very lengthy and protracted leak investigation with Wales Water it was confirmed that a leak in the dated lead water supply pipe from the water meter to my internal shut of valve was my responsibility to remedy and replace. As such, I tendered 3 contractors provided by the Wales Water Private Leaks Information Booklet. South Wales Water were able to return a competitive pro forma costing and quotation for the required work and would be able to attend within 2 days to undertake the new water supply installation via Pneumatic Underground Mole Equipment. As advised, the team arrived and undertook the installation of 13 mtr new 25mm water supply pipe and all associated works required to complete the task, all internal plumbing works and connections as well as the now required insuduct frost protection housing now required with ground water supplies to prevent water freeze and frozen pipe.During the process unseen obstacles were encountered sub surface level which could not be identified during the initial tender survey but were overcome with the required resolves and professional persistence and attitude. In particular reference, Drew and Craig went above and beyond to ensure that the mission objective was achieved but also stayed in constant contact throughout the operation and was able to ensure the smoothness and minimal disruption for the required works. I will have no hesitation in contacting South Wales Water for any future required projects or recommendation and cannot applaud or recommend enough. Good job well done! After Dwr Cymru failed to find a leaking pipe on my property, James, from South Wales Water found the area in five minutes. The team then had to to take up flagstones to repair the pipe in pouring rain. They were cheerful and professional and returned a few days later to relay the patio. The final bill was reasonable and Drew communicated well.

Dan, Drew and all the team did a great job.
When the initial inspection was carried out, I was informed of the work involved and the time needed to complete.
I received an acceptable quote the next day , itemising all that was required to solve my external underground water leakage problem.
Drew then informed me that they would start within a few days, which they did and completed very promptly.

South Wales Water were initially recommended to us by a friend as we needed to replace our water main from the meter to the house due to an underground leak and poor water flow.
The initial survey was provided by Dan, with the underground moling, trenching, and new connection into the house undertaken by Drew and his team. SWW communicated very well and undertook the work in a very thorough and professional manner, making the process stress free (which was much appreciated due to SWW offering to fit us in the week before Christmas)! SWW made good all minor damage to the lawn and hard surfacing with multiple return visits and a follow up call a week later to ensure we were happy with their service. From a person who very rarely writes reviews, I highly recommend this company.

Drivers are terrible. Was pushed onto a roundabout after being cut up by one of their useless drivers cutting across the lanes. Then they were also pointing at me and laughing when I went past them.

This is a very professional company, with 100% trustworthy workers. They are always working to a really high standard, and fixed our water mains issue with no problems. I whole heartedly recommend this company for any water requirements.
