An affordable auction house but in need of Improvement!
It is a great budget-friendly auction house and appears to be the only auction house in North London, which makes it a valuable local's asset and resource.
The staff are helpful and professional.
However, the facilities let the experience down significantly.
The on-site café looks dirty and unappealing, which is off-putting for visitors.
The toilets are in an embarrassing state—poor lighting, broken doors that don’t close properly, and overall neglect make them feel like something from another era.

The venue is in desperate need of a full refresh to match the decent service provided by the team.
A cleaner, more modern environment (especially the café and toilets) would make a huge difference. With some attention to these basics, this could be a much more enjoyable day out for some and a pleasant business day for professionals .

FRAUD! I do not trust this auction house. I bought a porcelain bull figurine that has restored horns. The item wasn't examined and described properly. The restoration wasn't mentioned on description. I believe the auction house did it on purpose trying to sell the figurine at a higher price. Very unreliable! Never buy again!
