Be wary using this service

Be wary using this service. Cleverly named as CPS which is easy to confuse with Cruise Passenger Services (CPS) which is the company that manages the parking at the cruise port and not in the city, I booked by mistake and somehow cancelled minutes later only to be charged a £25 admin fee for a booking I did not want in the first place. Partly my fault for not checking properly but I find it very harsh to charge someone £25 administration for simply cancelling a booking so soon after making it!
