Simply the best.
There are many artisan bakers around these days and every supermarket stocks one or more sourdough (or in some cases sourfaux) loaf. But in my opinion this is the best.
My daughter brings the occasional loaf from London, where she has even more choice, but always complains if I haven't got any Sourdough Revolution bread in the house.
We are making a special trip later today in order to stock up. Purists might wince, but this bread freezes well.
There are a few artisan bakers who get close, but this one is the winner.
