Great bmx delivered really quick had the bike delivered to a different address as it was a Xmas present with no problems. Bike was easy to assemble and really nice and sturdy. Very unique compared to bikes bought from stores my son loves it we have since bought some stunt pegs to match and are easy to fit. Delivery is quick and items are packaged securely.

After purchasing a 16” Sunday Blueprint bmx for my daughter I was astonished to find a mosquito in between the paint and the clear coat. The pedals that where sent out where also too big for the assemble of the bike so I purchased
some correct sized pedals.
I then contacted Source bmx with pictures of the mosquito, pedals and proof of purchase for the pedals through email. Source bmx where just as shocked about the paint work as I was.
I explained that it was too close to Xmas to send it back and that I have had to put a sticker over it, which does look like it should be standard on the bike.
They offered me a refund for the pedals and 10% in store credit to the value of the bike.
I was very happy with Source bmx’s service they where quick to respond and where apologetic for a quality check error which was more so Sundays error then Source bmx. In all honesty it’s not what you expect from a bmx manufacturer like Sunday.
I was able to purchase some extras for the bike through the in store credit that my daughter wanted beforehand so it worked out. She doesn’t know the mosquito is there and is still very happy with the bike.
Very good service from Source and I will be using them for any other bmxs that are bought for the family.
