I suspect most of the positive reviews…

I suspect most of the positive reviews to be fake.

If you look at SonicSon you will see that it is evidently Jason who is the founder/owner/? of Soundmorph.

As previous reviews state. This company is not to be trusted.

Unusable unprofessional tools, no serious support

Absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional "support" by the one-man-show owner. In this regard: Waste of money.
The plugins are like "not finished" - DUST is seriously the only plugin i've bought and NOT used in any project because it's just too unstable.

Obviously the owner is only replying before the purchase happens.
But if something doesn't work, the owner apparently feels criticized or so and won't reply.
Not trustworthy at all.

scammed

I received a promo code for 99 euros from soundmorph. I decided to use it to purchase a bundle, but I saw that I couldn't enter the code before validating the PayPal window. So I contacted soundmorph via the chat box on the web site, who told me that I had to validate the PayPal Box and then I could enter the code. I validated the PayPal account, which made the purchase. I think this is unfair. I followed their instructions .
I later realized that the promo code doesn't work on bundles, because they told me so, but it's not indicated anywhere in the email that sent me the promo code; I had no way of knowing.
they refuse to refund me. I feel scammed , as if I was forced into a sale

Don't buy from this company if you ever want to seek a refund

I would not recommend purchasing any items from SoundMorph.

They use a no refund on digital products policy but this is hidden right at the bottom of their website page, and is not visible unless you really search for it, after losing your money.

SoundMorph also do not respond to any concerns you raise or refund requests, as you can see from the reviews already.

I would highly suggest again to not purchase any items from this company.

The worst kind.

Accidentally purchased during a medical emergency, my mother was struggling to breath. Not even from my account. From my fathers account, who is blind from having been shot through the temple during a hijacking.

Honestly. No refunds on digital products isn't a justification. Makes no sense. Because you can infinitely produce these products at no additional cost.

Obviously your recent promo code was in hopes of effectively taking peoples money. Literally you'd take money from the blind and dying. Because that is what you did. Disgusting.

Furthermore. Honest reviews aren't posted on your website. 20% coupon I will not use on your products due to the alignment of bad ethics and morals, as well as standards.

Never heard from Soundmorph either.

Also just saw Sonicson is Jason from Soundmorph. He says in his 5 star review to himself. "He has no idea what happened to the other person". Just shows what kind of people these are.

SCAM! - No refund for product purchased in error

I requested a refund for a product purchased genuinely in error and was told flatly that I could not have a refund. I do not want this product and Shop Pay should not have accepted the payment without taking a code which it did.

I am now $69 out of pocket, which I cannot afford. I reached out to the vendor several times expecting sympathy when I addressed my mental health issues, but have now been ignored. Was sent one message saying no refund and no further replies even after I explained myself and provided screenshots confirming I have not access the product.

I am really anxious now and feel that my request has not even been considered. I don't want this product and yet it has been forced on me due to an error.

PLEASE CAN I HAVE A REFUND due to an error not made by myself but by Shop Pay

Stellar!

Wow, definitely some of the best cut sound design I've ever heard. It's nothing but a pleasure to use SoundMorph libraries in day to day sound design endeavors. Between standalone software and plugins loaded with high quality content, there will be no shortage of creativity with SoundMorph content. Stellar!

Amazing company and products

Amazing company and products. Nothing but a good experience with their customer support, so not sure what happened to anyone that had a bad exoerience, because I was super impressed and love the new sounds I got from SoundMorph!

One step away from scam.

Support take 12 days to answer. Once they get you money they will not refund you. Good sampling companies offer refund if you don't have downloads, not this one. Sadly they adopted scam business model like. So only buy if you really want hundreds of filter variations of the same wave.,

Reply from SoundMorph

Hi John, I saw your review just now, and I have to say it made me feel a bit sad that you had that experience with us. I am really sorry to hear you feel this way, and I personally apologize if it took some time to get back to you. We are a 2 man show here, and it can sometimes take awhile to reply during busy times when we get literally hundreds of emails. That being said, you are right, 12 days is WAY too long! Anyhow, I hope you can understand, and I'd like to extend an offer to you to pick a free product of your choosing as my way of showing that we do in fact care, and are not at all a scam. :) We do have a no refund policy on our products since they are digital, but we also don't want you to be unhappy! Hope you'll accept my gift to you, just give us a shout at info@soundmorph.com and I'll hook you up! - Jason Cushing Co-Founder www.soundmorph.com
