Received SOUNDBOKS 4 and right out of the box DOES NOT WORK. Tried all troubleshooting but the support is no help. Pretty outrageous that they can charge these prices and ship products that do not even turn on.

Soundboks defective/repair
My Soundboks had a software error. The problem was fixed. Support is excellent. Shipping with GLS often causes problems. Shipping box and Soundboks were damaged. Soundboks support immediately contacted GLS to claim compensation.

Trying to send my speaker in for warranty and they keep screwing me around through email. My speaker isn't even a year old and they trying to get out of fixing the problem by screwing around. Can't even speak with a person on phone. Don't buy from soundboks. Customer service sucks and will do anything to not honor there warranty.

Needs a ac plug JBL did it. And some wheels even with the new battery you can't play it at full volume when plug-in even with that type-C 64 wall charging kinda suck for a $1,000 buck well $1,100 with tax they was the best but JBL just beat us out

Ordered the soundboks gen3 arrived with no charger and dead battery emailed company they responded in about 6 hours requiring me to send them pictures of invoice and what I received have done . And no response have emailed them several times and no response tried calling them but they have answering machine that tell you we are not receiving phone calls ???? Needed this for a party am having for my daughter this weekend have now been forced to spend another 800 on a jbl partybox 710 . Horrible customer service 😡
