Sothink.com: A Case of Abandoned Software and Disrespect to Paying Customers

We haven't received any responses to our emails regarding the four Sothink DHTML Menu programs that haven't been working for three months. Our online research indicates that the company has reduced staff and stopped providing international support. So, what are we, who have been users for 15 years, supposed to do in this situation? Since you've withdrawn your support and your activation servers are down, shouldn't you be issuing license numbers to your former users that don't require internet activation? Meanwhile, you're still selling through Sothink.com. What kind of business sense, and indeed, what kind of humanity, is this?
