Actually, they deserve a negative 1. They are way too expensive for zero output. Yes, I paid the $450 upfront fee, plus $170/hr 2 hr minimum assessment fee for them to call a mechanic to show up at my RV. The mechanic, Chris Scheuller showed up 3 hours late, looked at the AC, broke the fan motor, said it was broken, and left after maybe 20 min. He never called me to set up a time to fix it or even tell me that he ordered the part! It's been one week. He told SOS that he had the part and would be at my RV on Tuesday at 3:00. He never showed up and didn't call me back. SOS is not taking any responsibility for his failure. They got their money that's all they said. I warn you to never use them, they are a rip-off.

SOS Roadside LLC, the sister company of Loadconnect confirms from its accounts that it took money from my debit card. Both SOS Roadside LLC and Loadconnect share the same contact details. I have never physically visited any of them before. When asked, neither company can confirm what goods or services were sold to me to warrant the transaction.

SOS Raodside LLC and Loadconnect both claim it is not their business that my debit card was used for the transaction in their business. This is concerning because my money remains stuck with them for no no service rendered.
