Dog Died Due To Vets Lies
There vets tell lies and them when you confront them about it they simply say that you are NO longer a client and have to go elsewhere.
Due to the lies they told, Petplan wouldnt pay our claim and at that present moment in time couldn't pay the £1600 until the following day for his treatment (having already spent over £800). They simply abandoned us and told us to find a new vets.
Unfortunately due to the time it took to find a local vets that could do the treatment he was too unwell and he passed away before surgery.
Yes, they are probably the cheapest vets around but you get what you pay for!
Dont risk your pets at these vets!
