Agree with everything below, total scam. My boots got "lost" by a shipping company, but they are happy to refund me 40.05% (what is this number??). Couldn't find any information on them aside that the credit card statement is under EPOXYFLOORSBISMARCK
I ordered and paid on 30/11/22. At the time of posting here, 25/02/23, I’ve yet to receive the boots, nor a reply email. Looking more and more like a scam website. I paid $151 in total, including $17 shipping to Australia and haven’t received a single email… let alone the boots. Oh, and there’s no phone number to call… Starting to think I can kiss the money goodbye.
I've had the same issue! Sorel Australia is a SCAM! I ordered boots in Auguts 2022 and have sent several emails to them with no response at all. I will be writing to Sorel US to complain. I will also report to consumer affairs. The website looks legit!
Emailed to indicate my order was received and when tracking would be advised that number was not supplied in country of destination and advised to not worry.

SCAM!!! Do not purchase. As others have stated, led to believe it’s an Australian site, given a tracking number that didn’t work, told “it’s on its way”. Nothing turned up, then after multiple emails back and forth, was offered a 40% refund. Have taken it up with my bank to Pursue
An absolute joke and scam, not a legit Australian site by any means! Do not purchase any items from this pathetic excuse for a business! Bought boots for approximately $250 - said there was going to be a delay as the boots were coming from China. They never sent them, have been trying for months to at least get a reply, nothing! Have been trying to get my money back and getting absolutely no where… how frustrating!
Terrible business. The website title and information leads you to believe that the business is based in Australia, where it is in China. After 4 weeks when my order didn't arrive, I complained and was told that the boots wouldn't be arriving, they were lost. And to top it all they only offered a 45% refund as they said it wasn't their fault. Scammers. I got my money back through my bank.
sorel-australia. com is a scam, not linked to Sorel footwear in anyway. The email address they have servicecenter at customerservicesface.com is rated as spam.
Once you order, you will get a timed out gateway, and then nothing! Big scam. Please learn from me and avoid.
