I ordered an 8 in 1 lawn cart 5/19/20, total scam

I ordered an 8 in 1 lawn cart 5/19/20. After numerous contacts w/company regarding non-receipt on 7/13/20 I received a cheap fingernail clipper set, certainly not even close to what I ordered. I company and was advised to return the item at my expense and provide them with tracking # etc.., once they receive item I would be refunded the purchase has price only. Return shipping cost was $17.25. Cost of original item was $19.95. I advised company I should not be responsible for paying return shipping for something I did not order. I got no results from the company. I then contacted paypal and filed a complaint and received the same response. After being persistent with paypal, on 8/19/20 I got a response from them stating I won my appeal and would be refunded the $29.95. I dont know if this is because I also contacted my credit card company and they were taking action on their part to resolve this issue.
Bottom line. This is a scam. You order a product and pay for it and they in turn. Send you a cheap piece of junk of mo value knowing full well you will not pay the high price return shipping for the refund, and if you do. There is no guarantee you will even receive the refund.

Check return policy before ordering and if you have to pay the return shipping or it comes from China do not be a fool like me and fall for this scam.

All true

I agree with all the previous reviews on this. I too received an omelette pan, when I paid for a jaffel maker! When I questioned them their suggestion was to on sell it or give it a gift because postage would not be cost effective for me HOW DARE THEY. I wonder where they come from???

SEEMS DODGY…

I ordered a pressue cooker from Saratoma at the beginning of April… it still hasn't arrived, though tracking shows it's now with the UK Royal Mail.
However, I also ordered another item,an electric egg and waffle cooker, from a virtually identical site with a different name (Menloy), and which shares the same seller ID on my PayPal account overview (LCWLKJ). It arrived today… or rather something supposed to be that consignment arrived today, but wasn't the ordered item (I got a tiny, and very shoddily made, 'one egg' sized frying pan shaped like a heart.)
Clicking on 'view your order' for both these orders draws a blank… in one case 'error 404', in the other 'page not found', but both them give links to their respective sites as 'continue shopping'.
Googling 'Saratoma' brought me here… Googling 'Menloy' gets no results at all.
I've returned an e-mail to Menloy (they had replied to a query about the time the delivery was taking, asking to give them 10 - 20 days… which coincidentally is the time it took before the piece of scrap I got arrived.)
