Do not order from this company.
Purchased hair care items in October. Received a confirmation but the items never shipped. Shipping and order details are now not available. Website is still up and running but phone number is not working and my emails are not responded to. Scam company

DO NOT USE
I bought an item from Sooviva via shop pay in early November, the company never confirmed order but took my money. They never sent the item nor refunded me and their number isn’t recognised. They don’t reply to emails. Having to claim back from my card company.
