Didn't know if it was a scam or not. The product was shipped and received QUICK. I got the baby cap and it was basically overnight that my babies head healed up. My baby has "severe eczema" for being 4 months old. Very happy with this product. Though my insurance doesn't cover it I still went ahead and got the onesie.
I think these would have been amazing if they did not roll down out of place constantly. Very disappointed you cannot return or even exchange, if needed. Basically just wasted money on a product we cannot use.
