Pathetic experience, poor streaming quality, bad user interface, untimely adds even during switching language, always buffering and takes away the match experience, either they need to upgrade their data centres or establishments or not bid for cricket live unless.

But on Sony Liv, every time you make a change—like replaying the match or switching commentary language—ads pop up. Sometimes, even during live play, deliveries are missed because of advertisements.

Are you kidding me, Sony?! The live telecast of the India-Pakistan match on Sony Ten 3 is a complete disaster! The screen is pixelated to the point of being unwatchable, and all we get is audio. What's the point of even broadcasting if the video quality is this terrible? Your network needs a serious upgrade, pronto!

Their service is pathetic
Their service is pathetic. Customer service is terrible. I had a subscription for a year which I seldom use due to the poor quality. I tried to cancel the subscription and whenever I tried it says I have no valid subscription. Then they charged my credit card and renewed it automatically. I requested to cancel and refund, they said they canceled but can't refund as they don't have that policy. It is from June 2025 to June 2026. They are bunch of thieves.
Unable to Reach Support – OTP Not Received for Sony Liv Access
I activated the benefits through Ooredoo, but I'm not receiving the OTP. I tried reaching out to Sony Liv, but their customer service has been one of the worst experiences I've had. You can't talk to an agent without the OTP, but if the OTP never arrives, how are we supposed to get help? Really frustrating experience.

It's the worst platform that I have ever used.
Unable to sign in to laptop or TV. Once you've signed in on your mobile, SonyLiv won't let you sign in to you laptop or TV. Basically a pointless subscription unless you're happy with watching shows on your mobile phone.

Sonyliv content does not work in the US. Don’t buy it because they won’t refund your money, although the content is not available to US users. They have zero customer service, and they will steal your money.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience, the day I took subscription 1.5 month ago, I am not able to login into my laptop. Provided the details Thier technical team asked multiple times but still requesting same details again and again. Technical team is very incompetent and wanted my subscription money refunded.
