Worst buying experience! Don’t buy directly from Sony! They should be banned to sell B2C
I purchased a Sony o.led television about 18 months ago with a 5 year warrenty. At first for me it was an excellent choice for veiwing and clarity. BUT after about 14 months I noticed a few lines on the screen, i contacted Sony and did all the necessary requirements that they suggested, but nothing changed until I did another test from them and they said it is a burn mark on the screen and this invalidates the warrenty, at no time was I informed about this problem occurring. Please everyone be aware of this if you are thinking about getting this type off television because they wont tell you it when you purchase one. So now I have a £2500 television at times looks like a zebra crossing and looks like I will have to get another one and it wont be a Sony or another o.led television be warned.
