I buy all this dog stuff on Amazon.nl but saw it’s basically 50% off sold via their own store website. Why?

Also, they’ve definitely had a data breach. Made my first order via their site. Next day got an email of delivery date and hour or two later text from the courier company asking to text back 1 or 2 for drop off to local collection or home delivery. The courier does not send text and the text had my actual local drop off store address and tracking information.

Would not trust this Compnay.

I have ordered few times via the website and sometimes via other commerce platforms and products have been always up to the mark and the price performance ratio has been Amazing.

SONGMICS Gaming Chair, Office Racing Chair with Footrest, Desk Chair, Ergonomic Design, brought off Amazon.

They said it would be delivery by Monday, delivery Thursday the day after orders. Built Friday and it went together way better than the last on.

Bookshelf didn't come with nearly enough of bigger screws, when we asked customer service, they first questioned whether we should even contact them, then later said we can buy the screws anywhere. "Well, we can try to pull some from a different package for you, if you want" Zero customer service and I question even what this "company" does.

The worst customer service on the planet. Got a nightstand as a gift, and it was missing parts. They refused to provide any replacement parts, as I didn't order it myself. I have multiple pictures of the product. Their customer service is so slow to respond. Avoid this company at all costs!

This was a gift. I don’t have a receipt. I have a box, product manuel, and everything else. It’s not like I can just steal this off a shelve. You have not listen to me once. See you in court and hope your enjoyed your legal letter yesterday :)

Recently we bought a set of Songmics dumbbells. But unfortunately 4-lockers were missing. We contacted seller immediately and sent them the photo.
But they confirmed that they had sent us everything. We then contacted Temu customer service. And the seller still insisted on having packed everything in the box. They firmly refused to reship the missing lockers to us. Since without lockers, nothing could be fixed, obviously we can't use them. we have to order them again at another online shopping platform.

We have never met so arrogant and unreasonable sellers over our ten years online shopping experience. If we had received these four little nuts, will we bother to contact you all over the places for such a trivial matter? You are an international company, is this the attitude you have towards all your customers? It's really disappointing.

Very pleased with the cat tower I purchased. Speedy delivery and the item was exactly as described. Great value for money plus I haven’t been hounded to write a review! Five stars from me

I ordered two cat trees and they both were very cheaply made my cats pretty much destroyed them within a few months so I'm very disappointed in the products they sell

Ordered online from their website. Need to do a change and called them 20+ times. left voice messages and sent many emails... They don't reply or answer calls. There is no customer service available. If you place an order then you're guaranteed to loose money. Pathetic company.

I have to update this review yet again as it turns out that the Canadian division was answering my messages but for whatever reason, they kept going into my junk mail. The US Songmics Home successfully reached me by email regarding the Canadian distributor and confirmed that songmicshome.ca is a legitimate Canadian site/distributor. I was led to believe it was a spoofed Chinese run site due to the perfect storm of issues that from an outsider’s perspective presented itself as a corrupt operation. Thankfully it wasn’t according to the US division and in speaking to an agent again in Canada, I realized how one situation led into another.

This all started as I ordered 4 bar stools for a new house. It turned out that they were too high for the counter. I emailed them to change the order to the shorter stools. The email was ignored (so I thought). I called customer service and she couldn’t find evidence of my order then seemed to have eventually found it. She said she would message them to cancel the order and I would receive confirmation of the cancellation. Instead, they emailed me a shipping notification, ignored all of my attempts to reach them and supposedly the agent (so I had thought - once again in my junk folder).

Anyway they were kind enough to send prepaid shipping labels to return these items as they were shipped out shortly after I requested the cancellation. I guess my request still came too late even though it appeared to still be early enough. I’m very grateful that they did this as I know it’s costing them a lot to do this.

I’m only giving a 4 star review because this was a messy debacle and really no fault of theirs but 5 stars would have been a smooth operation 🙂.

I bought an office chair from Songmics and had a very disappointing experience. The chair arrived defective, and when I asked for a refund, I was told the only option was to return the product at my own expense. The problem is that the return shipping costs are higher than the price of the chair itself, which makes no sense.

In short: defective product, no refund, and poor customer service that refuses to take responsibility. I do not recommend buying from this brand.

Ordered a couple end tables. Later that day realized they had another end table that fit my design and i liked better. I reached out they got back to me the next day and cancelled the first order then i placed the order for the ones i liked more. They look great in our place extremely satisfied. Took a while to put together the first one the 2nd one was a little quicker from the experience doing the first one

They partner with cheapest and the worst delivery service there is, meaning they are bad as well and not reliable just like their partner.

Fast delivery and very good customer service when product had a fault would happily use again.

I just have to give a shout out to the excellent customer service at this company who assisted with my issue of cancelling my order exceptionally effectively. I can’t comment on their products but their customer service is excellent

instead of returning the money the send the product somewhere into a storage and refuse to return the money

Great price for the product and it was instantly dispatched.

There was an issue in that a coupon was taken off at some stage (you needed to subscribe first) and I didn't realise, but this was sorted out by support so all was good.

Item is a really good quality, nice finishing, assembly easy, quick postal delivery and very good packaging, really satisfied !!!

I have quite a few Songmics items and always feel the quality is good for the price. This time I ordered a dressing table and after assembling I noticed one of the drawer fronts was damaged. I wasn't sure whether it had arrived damaged or if I had been a bit heavy handed when putting it together! I contacted them in the hope they may let me purchase a replacement and they quickly sent a new one out free of charge. Cannot fault the service at all and I will no doubt be ordering from them again.
