Great shop great staff
Went in to look at a HW77, found the staff very helpful, chatty and knowledgeable, will use again. Finally a shop that seems decent and not just sell anything! Prices are good and there is a LOT of stock.

magazine won't make that mistake again
not really down to solware but the magazine did not fit or function properly and the paperwork that came with it told me it was a year+ old

Great service including use of a local to the customer RFD.
Slight improvement to rifle stock control would be good, with almost real-time updates to actual stock level.

how did you work out that we are scammers, you ordered a gun online form our store that you have never visited, to have it sent to your local shop, you paid a delivery fee and a transfer fee that your local shop charge to handle the goods, all prices and fees were clearly stated at the time of ordering on the webiste, which was sent and received within 48h of the order being placed, every shop in the uk are independent, if you send anything to any shop in the country they have to receive a delivery, do paperwork, put it onto there internal register, contact you and store the goods until you collect, carrying out this work and time taken to do it is not free and staff wages and over heads need to be paid, people do not work for free, we have done everything we can to ensure a smooth worry free service.
