Angela was very friendly and the booking process was smooth and straightforward. All my questions were answered efficiently and confirmation and further information was sent through very soon after booking over the telephone.

Although most of the information was 10/10, we could not find if an outside pool was heated without contacting.
Then when we came to pay, the system automatically went to a payment method that sadly declined as there were no funds, but we were not notified this happened.
I am also finding it near on impossible to log onto the app, as it doesn't recognise any user id I put in

This was my first time making a booking with Solmar Villas
This was my first time making an enquiry with Solmar Villas and the villa specialist that took the call was Lewis.
He was very polite and advised me on the properties I was looking at and any questions I had were answered with a good knowledge of the properties and the surrounding area.
He called the Zakynthos Villa agent on my behalf to check a couple of queries I had with regard to travelling with a toddler, he came back to me within minutes.
Nothing was too much trouble for him and he dealt with our our booking efficiently.

Bad experience, efficiently resolved
So at one point I would have given a 1* because their web site told us the villa we booked was unavailable, so ok we were beaten to it by someone else, let’s choose a different one, only to find both villas confirmed and both charged despite the same guests same dates same resort. The company initially told
Me there web site didn’t say that and asked me to prove it with a screen shot, and told me there was a 75% cancellation fee !!!!
However they realised there was a problem and refunded the money in full for the problem booking, so in the end good resolution
