Friendly customer service team.
Was doing the booking online which is easy enough but when it came to verifying the payment my bank started being silly so I phoned Solmar and they sorted it all out on the phone. The payment options were great and I had Two or Three options to choose from. Very friendly customer services team.

Everybody who I have spoke to at Solmar are always pleasant, polite, kind and friendly, and the booking is so easy to do…

I preferred to speak directly to book a villa
I preferred to speak directly to a customer adviser and I was very fortunate to get Kristal who was extremely helpful and informative about the villa in question .
Kristal kept in touch without being pushy and I booked the villa with her directly and she told me that if I needed anything all I had to do was to call her and she would try to help with any concerns or information needed .

I have no words to describe how incredible this place is.The pictures are amazing, but they still don’t do justice to how breathtaking the villa and its surroundings truly are. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by every detail and felt like we were in a dream.
My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying in one of the most beautiful villas in Rhodes, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The villa is located right by the sea, offering breathtaking sunsets that are simply impossible to describe. The heated pool was wonderful, and both the terrace and the interior of the villa were beautifully designed and maintained.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare any meal we wanted during our stay. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we received a prompt and helpful response.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely be coming back! A huge thank you to the entire team and to Solmar Villas for making this the most beautiful vacation of our lives. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful memories we created there. ❤️

Thank you for your feedback, we completely understand why this felt confusing, and we appreciate you raising it.
The villa you selected is an adhoc property, which means we need to manually confirm availability directly with the supplier before we can fully confirm the booking. This also includes checking any associated elements, such as flight extras, to make sure everything is secured correctly.
During this process, the booking status is automatically set to “pending” until all elements have been confirmed. We do explain this as part of the booking journey.
I’ve checked your case, and we can see that your confirmation was issued the following day after receiving confirmation from the supplier and organising your flights, so everything has now been successfully secured.

We have booked a villa twice with…
We have booked a villa twice with Solmar.
1st villa I had t clean up the outside space before being able to relax.
2nd villa no hot water it was fixed but only in the bathroom not in the kitchen. Pool was marked on the bottom. No house keeping done half way through our stay. No pool towels though they said there was. This company thought I should have rang up to tell them each time I found a fault. I paid for a holiday not to find all the faults to report. To add insult they offered me £40 refund. Absolute disgrace for a company.

Casa Nomanico. Solmar Villas were great!
Solmar villas were fantastic from start to finish 👏🏼 this is my second time booking a villa with them. My villa was called Casa Nomanico in the Algarve area. The villa itself was nice. Had the basic essentials but some things lacked. No fault of Solmar Villas. One thing was that the villa had no gate at its entrance. So anyone could come onto the property. This made me feel nervous as I had come with 2 young children. You could see the pool/shower from the dirt path when driving, so if someone drove past they would have a look. So privacy was slightly compromised. We parked our car side ways to make a make-shift gate. The views around the villa were stunning! Another weird thing- their was a notice in the bathroom that said you couldn't flush toilet paper down the toilet and had to throw the dirty tissue in the side bin. This wasn't hygienic or ideal. Also the water in the villa wasn't drinkable, after seeing a notice in the kitchen. These things were a bit of a pain but overall, me and my family enjoyed our trip! Thank you Solmar Villas! I look forward to booking another villa with you! ... also can my comments be passed onto the villa owner? I think having a gate outside the property is a must!
