So happy with my carpets and my flooring. Best value I could find as well.

I have had a great experience with Solihull Carpets. I had no previous experience of purchasing carpets and had no idea what the options were or what was involved but Solihull Carpets answered all my queries without me feeling silly for asking. As it was lockdown, we chose our carpet without actually visiting the showroom, but we were very pleased with our choice which was based on the recommendation of Solihull Carpets. The first fitting was within 3 weeks and the carpet fitters were very polite and friendly and did a superb job. I kept on decorating rooms after that and had a carpet fitted pretty much every 3 weeks and have now had 5 carpets fitted and they all look and feel great. I was particularly pleased with how responsive Solihull Carpets were whenever I contacted them by email or phone. They have measured up for another room and for the stairs and landing and then after that I’ll get them to measure up for a few rooms downstairs which need decorating. Their prices were very competitive.

Solihull Carpets completely renewed the flooring of two properties used by church employees. Their quote was competitive, they kept to appointments which is very much appreciated, many trades have struggled with this during the Covid pandemic. And their work is first class. Will use again.

I would definitely recommend this shop and wouldn't hesitate to use them again . Dean came out to see my elderly parents and they were both very impressed with the service that was provided to them. The guys who fitted the carpets were also lovely and did an excellent job. Keep up the good work Solihull Carpets.

Had a combination of wool carpet and Amico fitted. I was very pleased with service I received and the price quoted which was very competitive. The final look is just what I was looking for especially as one area of the flooring was slightly tricky to deal with.

Emma was very helpful in the shop on our first visit. Contact was always easy and helpful.The quote was easily the best we got (I tried 5 places).Finally the fitting was done when they said it would be so over all couldn’t be happier.

I had my carpet fitted by Wes, Andy and their apprentice (sorry never caught his name)! Great guys and they did the whole house in half a day and did a brilliant job. Considering the amount of work and the fact they had to trim all of the doors (F.O.C.) there was hardly any marks on the woodwork afterwards and just one or two on the walls. Which I’ve easily cleaned or touched up. The carpet was fitted beautifully throughout and looks amazing. From Initial quote through choosing the carpet to final fitting, the whole experience has been great. Emma was really helpful in the shop advising on which carpets to consider and Wes was very thorough and helpful when he came to quote. A special mention to Verity who was so caring and kind when she called me to say my original choice of carpet wouldn’t be available until mid January 2021. She helped me choose an alternative ringing the Suppliers to check stock and I honestly think the replacement choice was better than the first. I am so glad I decided to choose Solihull Carpets, I was hoping that a small local specialist shop would provide a much better and more personal service than one of the big chains and I was definitely proved right. They are also very reasonably priced. Thanks again to Wes and all the team I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family. Have a great Christmas.

Absolutely delighted with the service and flooring supplied and fitted by Solihull Carpets. From measure to fitting and after sales, the customer service has been fantastic. The directors of the company are hands on with measures and fitting and have exceptional knowledge and experience in assisting with choices. The whole team are pleasant, polite and friendly. The fitting team are tidy and took great care when working in my home. I would happily and confidently recommend Solihull Carpets to anyone looking for flooring! 5* carpet and flooring store!

We were looking for bedroom carpet and decided to use a local store instead of the big retail sotres we usually buy from. I am so pleased that we did. The whole experience was great fron start to finishe. The lady in the shop was super helpful, she knew the products and gave great advice. The price was right, British made carpet with free good quality underlay and gripper ect. The carpet was delivered and fitted as promised , the fitters were excellent and it was good to see the company had an apprentice fitter - investing in young people. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

Great service from Solihull Carpets to fit a carpet for our boys bedroom ... the guys fitting the carpet were prompt, polite, worked tidily, fitted the carpet superbly and we are so pleased with the service provided. Behind the scenes Emma was fantastic from our very first communication, she was quick to respond, so friendly and provided outstanding service - would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again should we require any further carpets in our home
