What a pleasure to find a business who actually care for their customers. Two other prominent local companies we approached were off-hand or unresponsive when they learned we only wanted a small shower room fitted out. On first contacting Solihull Carpets they were helpful and informative, and kept their promise on pricing. At every stage, communications were prompt and straightforward, and queries were quickly dealt with. We're very pleased with the floor and can highly recommend Solihull Carpets. We had a great experience from start to finish with Solihull Carpets. We don’t know much about carpet types but the staff were so helpful and gave excellent advice for our needs. We brought several samples home then followed up with a second visit to the shop. There was no hard sell, just helpful friendly advice. Measurer came a couple of days after and the carpet was fitted days later. Measurer and fitters so friendly and professional. I can’t recall individual names but all staff we had contact with were fab! Would highly recommend.

No pushy sales tactics in fact quite the opposite after a few questions we were steered away from the expensive carpet we were looking at and given advice on a far cheaper one which was still excellent quality and more suitable for the area we wanted to cover.
We were kept informed at every stage,the fitter did his best to fit in with our schedule and called us an hour before arrival.
The fitter respected our property and did an excellent job including vacuuming and removing all small offcuts and rubbish.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solihull Carpets and will definitely be calling on them again.

Excellent service Thankyou to Dan in the showroom for being very helpful with samples , Wes coming to measure up and to Simon & Max for fitting our carpet in the lounge , hall, stairs & Landing. Very happy with the whole experience from start to finish would highly recommend these guys!

The whole experience from visiting the shop to the guy coming to measure and the chap fitting the carpet was wonderful, they were very understanding and helpful while I had to wait for the room to be decorated, I will definitely use them again in the future 😀

Friendly staff at both Studley and Shirley showrooms. No high pressure selling. Although neither shop actually has a sample of the bathroom flooring we wanted, they were able to order the flooring we had seen elsewhere with no issues. Fitting was superb. Arrived bang on time, very polite, very clean and very professional. Highly recommend.

Just had the whole of our upstairs and stairs carpeted by Solihull Carpets - and we couldn't be happier. Emma in the showroom has been amazing, helping us decide the perfect carpets for our rooms and lifestyle, and organising our quotes and fitting with excellent communication throughout! The fitters arrived on time and split the installation across 2 days for us to help with furniture logistics! They were really friendly, tidy and the finished product is top quality!
